    What a great routine to start my day. Loosened up all my muscles and joints to start the day. I think it would help a lot after my workouts later. Or would it be better pre workout? I’m always impressed with your knowledge and personality

    Dr. Ennis I’m 63 yoa and several weeks ago while on the elliptical. I sprained or hyperextended my right thumb while working the handles. I’ve been icing several times a day. What do you suggest ?
