Never did like that kind of wheel setup. Beefier tires that don't stick out much past the fenders. I liked the stock setup over this.

@@camsfrost unless your on his ass that really wont happen, personally I also dont like this setup i prefer a bigger tire smaller wheel with a little less poke. but ive had about a inch and a half of poke for almost 30k miles rocks dont get shot like that they just stick in the tire. and if they do get shot its not far at all

I have a 2024 2500. 3 inch cognito level with fox shocks. Put 20x10 and 37x12.50x20 Nittos. Looks beefy not too wide. No hate here everyone has their own taste 👍🏻
Not hating just a general observation. I'll never understand spending 70k plus on a truck, 6k plus on wheels but putting budget no name tires on their rig. Really interesting to see different mindsets for looks on their trucks.
Just cause a tire isn't made by one of the large companies doesn't mean they are any less better. I have more of an issue of putting a tire and rim combo on a truck like making it look like a 16yr olds dream.

I don’t have a truck but I ran Pirelli P zero tires on my car for 2 years and had nothing but issues. Switched to Indy 500 and there even worse… got Chinese tires for the first time and they have been on my car for 4 years without a single issue and perform better in the rain. Plus 4 pirelli tires 2400CAD Indy’s like 1600 Chinese tires 426 for 4😂

Man, you can't beat stock wheels with 35 or 37" all terrain/mud tires. That looks better than any aftermarket wheels in my opinion.

I'm glad you like it man. Personally, if I have to use any kind of spacer or modify a bumper/fender so there's no rubbing, I fked up and bought the wrong wheel+tire combo. Like I said, you do you, but personally, just get the right size from the start. Imagine having to cut into a brand new $85,000 truck to make wheels fit...insane dude. Keep the content coming
Dude this sums up where I’m at. Bought my 4th gen ram, did everything under the sun to it. Had it for years now, and I’m ready for an upgrade. Wheels, tires, and tint. No performace mods. Like Bobbi said, we’re not 10 anymore 😂
I will say o love your mods. Not a huge fan of the tire/wheel combo. But like you said, it’s personal preference. I’m one of those guys that gets annoyed when trucks like yours are on the highways kicking up stone everywhere. Especially when I’m in my very low to the ground vette. Congrats.

Just watched from start to finish. Three vids. The new wheels didn't do it for me. The black stock ones were better in my opinion. It's great that we are all different. The rest of the upgrades were spot on.
either the truck is way too lifted or the wheels are too small..perhaps going for a smaller rim with a tire that has a much bigger side wall would make it look much much better, but right now it looks like its wither too lifted or the wheels are too small.

I have the same truck. You're build is pretty slick! I would recommend a mudflap delete kit, and all black emblems. I got all black GMC emblems for the front grill and tailgate, black 2500 plates for the sides of the front bumper, and you can also get all black decals for the badges next to the side mirrors.

Ever since then i still do it and its successfully 99% of the time. I've been working on cars for 10 years and whenever it came with big truck tires it was always a pain.
as a silverado owner, not being able to run bigger wheels and tires due to the square wheel wells is extremely disappointing

Two ratchet straps cranked down pretty tight around the tire make it a bit easier to set the bead.

Beautiful wheels. When the tires are new I started ceramic coating the sidewalls. It really helps with browning and keeping the tires looking fresh. Makes them easy to clean and I seldom need any shine on them. So far the gyeon ultimate has been working well. Doing it on a set of tires that’s been run is a lot of work as you need to get all the oxidation off the rubber so do it when they are new. ✌️

Ya were talking my language when ya said 37s on 17s and off-roading proper is sick as, not this Overlanding stuff, its ok but real low range off- roading hell sick dude!I have 35's on 16 x 10.5s neg 44s geez and that allot of poke on mine, neg 90-, sheesh, ya must do wheel bearing you'd be doing axles too if proper off-roading! I guess on your roads and towing it makes sense, here you wouldn't be legal . 2: you wouldn't get far without some damage!
But hey what matters most is you dig it, the wheels look better that they don't stick out (poke) as much that's a plus, but I prefer the look of the front end of the old one, especially the grill< I hate how companies go in for all these busy plastic front ends! All show. Much cleaner! also needs something like a Delta front bumper, better clearance probably and ya wouldn't have to Saw ya 85k truck up and it would look really sick, though much more expensive than a sawsaw haha.

I don’t think 17’s would clear the brakes. I run 37’s on 18’s on my 2024 2500hd and they clear the brakes.
