Do you have any drills or stuff like that, that will help improve my reaction time. I notice that while running 10 yard outs I see the ball but my hands close to late and I end up dropping the ball.

Sit down facing a wall and have someone throw a tennis ball at the wall. That works good for reaction and hand eye
