    Chicca's Cooking Club membership registration is now open for Season 14!
    Join me online for six new live cooking classes, as we share a joyful time together learning about Italian cuisine.

    From April through July, on Saturdays, we'll cook together via Zoom, discovering new Italian recipes. I'll be streaming live from my farmhouse kitchen in Castagneto Carducci - Bolgheri, on the Tuscan coast.
    You can ask me questions in real time. Each class features a new recipe from my Italian heritage.
    I'll teach you how to use the best seasonal ingredients and simple techniques passed down in my family. It's the perfect season to be in the kitchen, creating delicious dishes while it's cold outside.

Coated in breadcrumbs paired with tangy lemon sauce, you’ll love this vegetarian recipe.
    Handmade Ricotta-filled Tortelloni - Sat, June 1 Learn the art of fresh pasta-making, Tortelloni filled with cheese and parsley, served with rich browned butter sauce.
    Lemon Almond Ricotta Cake - Sat, June 22 This cake blends creamy ricotta, bright lemon zest and the nutty richness of almonds into a light, moist and aromatic cake.
    Spaghetti all’Amatriciana - Sat, July 6Learn to transform simple ingredients: pasta, pecorino, guanciale, pomodoro into an iconic Italian dish.
    Scarpaccia Tuscan Zucchini Tart - Sat, July 20 Discover Tuscan tradition with this savory tart. Thinly zucchini and onions in a creamy batter, baked to crispy perfection.
