      अलसी को छोड़कर बाकी सारे बीज आप गर्मियों में भी ले सकते हैं सीमित मात्रा में।
      1. गर्मी के दिनों में अगर अजवाइन ले रहे हैं तो उसमें थोड़ा नींबू और पुदीना डाल दो ,नींबू तभी ले अगर आपको सूट करता है नही तो आप उसमें पुदीना डाल सकते हो
      2. कद्दू के बीज तो आप ले ही सकते हो एक टीस्पून ले लिया करो।
