1. गर्मी के दिनों में अगर अजवाइन ले रहे हैं तो उसमें थोड़ा नींबू और पुदीना डाल दो ,नींबू तभी ले अगर आपको सूट करता है नही तो आप उसमें पुदीना डाल सकते हो
