Oh yes, as an Italian I can say that the burrata and cherry tomatoes salad is one of my go-to salad recipes when summer heat hits and I don't have the guts to turn on my oven or cook something on the stove and it really is delicious 🥺 now I need to check all the other recipes because I was seriously drooling while watching this video 👀
@akankshapatwari4167 generally speaking no, we Italians are moderate with seasonings. However you can put on oregano or basil, and/or add extra virgin olive oil.
I made that potato salad and it was delicious! Second time I made the base sauce but instead of the potato, I made it with pasta and it was so much better! 😊

As a rebellious, naughty preteen I seen in the refrigerator one night while my parents were sleeping and thought I would take a big old swig of the red wine vinegar thinking it was red wine and totally not thinking about the word vinegar that followed. I have never tasted something so disgusting in my entire life and I had a mouth full of it and had to swallow it. I am laughing so hard just sharing the story because it was absolutely insane. I can’t stand the smell of it to this day.🤣🤢 I’m not sure if they sell jars of minced garlic where you are but ever since I changed from powder to using the minced garlic and because it’s so easy it’s just in a jar in my refrigerator that I prefer to use that and it has brought the taste of my food up so much, totally worth it.

The way each of you broke with Alfred’s first wobble which then morphed onto Tina and finally Zen being taken out by sheer inability to keep it together was priceless. Loved all the salads and the entertainment, absolutely here for it ❤😂💕🤩👏
definitely try a granny smith (or any tart green apple you can get your hands on), some lime juice or lemon (whichever is on hand), some tajin and some chamoy. Chilled sometimes tastes better but cut into small bites, best with toothpicks if you don't want to dirty dishes and a small bowl. Also all these salads look so great!

The first salad is basically in and out’s double double protein style with extra extra lettuce and 1 secret sauce. Chili peppers and pickles, throw it in a bowl and chop it all up with scissors. There’s your salad, With a side of fries. That’s my go to.
The last one is definitely my go to salad 😂. As a Mexican I do that but I don’t add the whole limes that’s weird u squeeze the lime on the chips and don’t use Tajín I use Valentina or tapatío. You can also add some onion & tomato to the mix and uff now that’s a salad 🤪.

In Germany we call it cocktail sauce=1/1 ratio mayonnaise and ketchup. It's good for many things like for grilled meat. It's also very good base for a backed baguette sandwich with like salami and cheese and whatever you want but don't put it together like a real sandwich, use only a half and bake it in the oven for a few minutes to make it nice crispy and with melted cheese
When I make the potato salad, I crumble a bit of the potato into it and otherwise just have the flat potatoes on the side. I load them up when I eat them, so that they won't get to soggy
the knive for the bread hurt me... 😅 bread knives have these edges - like Lyla´s - just sharp^^ but all in all I love the recipes. And congrats on your second little one!🥰

Please get a bread knife. They are inexpensive and super handy not only for bread but for cakes and other things that need a serated knife. These salads look so good. Im going to make the burger one yum!
That “burger sauce” is almost thousand island dressing if you just added a little vinegar, sweet pickle relish and some people put sour cream in theirs, that’s probably why you liked it so much. If you’ve ever eaten a big Mac that’s their special sauce. My husband actually puts it on his cheeseburger all the time.
