Hi Tina! A tip when you’re baking and unsure if it’s fully cooked, once the dessert is out of the oven stick a toothpick in the middle of the dessert and pull it out to see if there’s anything stuck to it. If it’s fully cooked , the toothpick will come out clean ! Otherwise plop it in the over for another 2-3 minutes give or take but make sure to always check in to prevent it from being burned . Hope this helps ❤

So I've been making the mac and cheese recipe for a few years now and even made my own adjustments, and it's such an easy quick meal if you're too tired to whip up something.
So basically i use 1 cup pasta, 1 cup water and some salt and put it into the microwave for 5 mins. Then i add sliced onions, Jalapeños, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder, any hot sauce, milk, grated mozzarella and feta and put it into the microwave for abother 2 to 3 minutes. Sooo divine!!! 😅

My favourite mug cake recipe is one I made in college, I will share it now and only now as it’s simple and requires no eggs:
2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of milk - microwave for 30 seconds
1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1/4 cup of self raising flower.
Mix and microwave for 90 seconds.
The result is a chocolate cake that’s not too sweet.
Really helped my cravings.

A neat trick to oil/butter a mug. Grab a pair of tongs, grab onto a small folded square of paper towel. Set the towel into the oil/butter. Coat the mug.
Another hack would be to use a oil/butter spray.
Don’t hurt me mug. Hilarious I had a really bad day and this made me 😃

If you want a quick mini pizza, english muffins, tomato paste, cheese and toppings and put it in a toaster oven or sandwich press (with the handle propped so it doesn't touch the cheese) or if you're really impatient, the microwave works too, just less crispy.
Tina, grease your mug with a pastry brush and melted butter/neutral oil or just use cooking spray 😊
Paper towel with a bit of margarine works too

Rub a stick of butter with a paper towel then use that paper towel to wipe down the mug or a casserole, whatever you may be baking in. If your stick of butter is almost done you can do that with the wrapper.
