Frey and Cersei should’ve been her two remaining revenge kills….And to round it off her saving Clegane from death, like clegane beating the Mountain but the Mountain doing the same thing he did to Oberyn , the only difference being Arya coming and sticking the Mountain with the Pointy End sand saving Sandor in the process.. and Jon killing the Night King.. his banishment would’ve been quite Perfect apart from him becoming Aegon Targaryen,6th of his name and all the accompanying shit..
While we feel Joffrey’s death avenged Ned, his death was not an act of revenge: it was the necessary removal of an obstacle in the political aspirations of House Tyrell. Oleanna killed Joffrey because she wanted Margaery to be queen and refused to allow her to be married off to a psychopath. Tommen was younger, gentler, and much easier to manipulate.
Along with Ramsey's death I really loved Arya killing Frey mostly cause she kept her oath of revenge she swore against him that being "when you die the last thing you'll ever see is the face of a Stark smiling down upon you." And during the Red Wedding when she made that vow/oath Walden Frey like the egotistical scumbag he was wrote off Arya's vow/oath of revenge as "The crying of a sad, weak, pathetic little girl," Funny how 6 seasons later Arya via her Assassin training with the Face-Stealers would fulfill her oath/vow of vengeance against Frey.
I love how Sansa's revenge on Bolton is to take a leaf out of the clown's book: "Why don't we cut you up into little pieces and feed you to your pooches, hmm? And then we'll see how loyal a hungry dog really is."
it wasnt Sansa though, it was Jon. People love to "Girl Power" and "Yasss kween!" Sansa for this, but if you watch the episode, Sansa has to ask Jon "Jon, where is he?" when they brought Rickon in off the battlefield. Meaning Jon beat the brakes off Ramsey, stopped because eh seen Sansa, then Jon took him to the dogs(remember Jon was there when Ramsey gave him the idea). So he let Sansa go down and have the last word, sure, but give credit where credit is due, Jon put him in the kennels
@@TheGhostofMrArthursor maybe Jon put him in the holding cells and Sansa as Lady of Winterfell had him moved to the kennels. Sansa was planning that since she was being bathed by Myranda in season 5.

Excellent list. I was hoping Sansa would be #1 but Arya and the Freys besting her was just fine. You forgot to mention that Cersei killing The High Sparrow and Margery was bittersweet as it caused her heartbroken youngest son to take a grief stricken deep dive out of the window
7:35 what makes this impressive is not just the fact she killed the high sparrow, but basically the whole elite of King's Landing: all Tyrells except Olenna, her uncle Kevin and nephew Lancel and every citizen in or near the sept. She literally commited mass murder against mostly innocent people, how she became queen is literally insane.
Not gone lie, that High Sparrow death was very satisfying despite the monster that carried it out. Ramsey's death was a relief. Killed by his own dogs. Loved the Honorable mentions, and Arya taking out the Frey family is a well-deserving number one.
I'll never get over The Red Wedding no one deserved to time and I felt extremely sorry for Ricks's mother to see her son's death and the rest of her family. All the deaths are brutal but that one will always be number 1.
I always wanted Some Stark to kill Roose Bolton. After all he was the one who killed Rob. Also they should have shown how Arya Killed Walders 2 sons who mercilessly killed Talisa and Kate.
I loved the whole frey kill scene but i think joffrey barratheon getting killed by olenna even if it isnt exactly revenge and also the hound killing the thugs that killed the people who took him in are also great moments as well
13:15 - "...so that I can tell you my plans for this great house, _now that winter has come."_ Can't say Arya didn't warn them about what was going to happen there...

I agree. There was a ton of speculation at the time that Brienne has just hacked into the tree above him and let him go after seeing him defeated on the field losing everything. Either way, the bastard got what he deserved.
Definitely! And killing Roberts bastard children and personally killing the baby in its mothers arms, being snarky coward hiding while wildlings were killing his brothers on attack of the Wall. I hated Janus
Without a doubt Tyrion killing Tywin does it for me. All I think Tyrion ever wanted was to be accepted by his Father. But he never got it. Once Tywin framed him for murdering The King he couldn't take it anymore. It was very Nicely done.
I really didn't see #7 as Revenge. Even WatchMojo said that Jon Snow was "Doing his Duty" when he hung the Mutineers. Jon was also doing what Ned Stark told him "The man who passes the sentence should swing the sword."
Oberyn could have easily killed Gregor if not for his carelessness and demanding the admitting of Elia's murder before his death. Plus Arya should have taken of Walder's face off earlier so that the Freys would see her in terror as they are dying.
It was even more disappointing that Jamie didn't kill Cersei to end her wicked ways and also to satisfy the prophesy about the Valonqar. Cersei: When will I wed the prince? Maggy: Never. You will wed the king. Cersei: I will be queen, though? Maggy: Aye. Queen you shall be... until there comes another, younger and more beautiful, to cast you down and take all that you hold dear. Cersei: Will the king and I have children? Maggy: Oh, aye. Six-and-ten for him, and three for you. Gold shall be their crowns and gold their shrouds, she said. And when your tears have drowned you, the valonqar (High Valerian for little Brother) shall wrap his hands about your pale white throat and choke the life from you." Having Jamie choke her to death as she fled the Red Keep would have been so good, especially if the building then collapsed on him afterward.
#7 the Nights Watch Traitors is the most justified IMO. While all the clips involve revenge for wrongs done to themselves or family, that is what happens during war. Dirty fighting, conspiring and innocent casualties. But John’s betrayal by his own brothers of the Nights Watch is a different kind of evil.
Walder Frey had his sons served to him in a pie and later he becomes cold chop as he loses his head. Ellaria Sand got a bitter taste of the Lannister Revenge. However, Joffrey Baratheon got the best taste of revenge not by the hand of the Starks or the Boltons but by the hand of Lady Olenna Tyrell of Highgarden. Arya Stark uses a very powerful and quick acting poison called The Strangler to dispatch House Frey, she no doubt learned of this poison from the Tyrells as this was the exact same poison Lady Olenna used to kill King Joffrey. If you read the Game of Thrones book series it is explained that Lady Olenna Tyrell was by birth of the House Tully, the birth House of Lady Catelyn Stark, Arya’s mother. Lady Olenna was Lady Stark’s paternal aunt and the great aunt of Lady Sansa and Arya . She was the grandmother of Queen Margery and Prince Loras Tyrell and was the great grand aunt of King Renley Baratheon. Lady Tyrell was the true badass of Game of Thrones. She had a lot of money, powerful connections and a strategic location. She was also very shrewd and cunning, with a knack for cold, cruel, calculating revenge. She was also the expert blackmailer. When she did finally meet her end, she went out like a true badass and confessed to King Joffery’s murder only after she had drank the poisoned wine.
"Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe" ...that's stuck with me ever since and to be frank, killing off house Frey with poisoned wine AS Walder Frey was not only badass, but THE best way to start an episode!!!
One of my favorite revenge is when Cersie tortured the (shame Septa Unella women) by Sir Gregor Then she told her (he is your god now) 😮😮 Absolutely evil 😈
Great list but Arya killing the Freys is definitely #1. Enjoyed most of these revenge kills since most involved the Starks getting revenge after what they went through.
Ned's death started a lot of stuff, but after the Red Wedding it seemed that all the bad guys traded in their crazy pills for "Incredibly crazy and complete super dickhead (don't consume alcohol or effects may be 100x stronger) pills".
*”Talk To Your Doctor about the incredibly crazy and complete super dickhead pills, specially if you have symptoms of killing your guests at your daughter’s wedding”*
I don't really think Mirri Maz Dur has a justified place in this List. Sure, most of the audience sympathize with Daenerys and Khal Drogo, because the are/ were main characters we followed a while. But many people seem to forget that their Dothraki raided her village, slaughtered her family and people, and raped herself and others. This woman had seen and suffered horrible things. Daenerys may had "saved" her from more harm and was kind to her - but she only "saved" her from the evil things her own people, the Dothraki, did to her. In my opinion, they paid the price for their actions. I felt sorry for Mirri Maz Dur.

With Littlefingure's death, the war of 5 kings finally ended. The ppl of Westeros believe the Red Wedding ended it, but really it was still going. Tywin never loved his kid, only his legacy. He always viewed Trion as an insult due to his height. The whole blaming Tryon for his mother, Joanna, death in childbirth was a lie. As death by childbirth was a high risk in the dark ages. If Tyrion was born normal and she still died; Tywin wouldn't hold that against him. So he had it coming. Ramsay was so fitting in being a dog's chew toy. As he made others that before.
In the books Mirri Maz Duur was inocente. She did all to save Khal Drogo, but his own ignorence and of his healers cost him his life. Insted of herbs that was MMD apply on his wounds, they put mud. She told that no one enters the tenant, put Jorah broke that, when he enters with Danny.
I think though it would’ve been more satisfying is Sansa was the one who killed him. Imagine the scene going like this. (Lord Baelish kneels down sobbing as Sansa stands up and Areya hands her the knife. Sansa stands before little figure looking down at him) Sansa: I Sansa Stark Lady of Winterfell sentence you to die! (She angerly says) Do you have any last things to say? Little Finger: (little Finger tries to say something but he’s too stunned to speak and just as he’s about to speak Sansa stabs him and exclaims “the north always remembers and the North never forgets!”)
@@nmernst I figured it would’ve been better if Sansa did it since her father had the moral of the person carrying out the sentence should be the one to swing the sword
Ramsey’s death should’ve been more. He was THE most sadistic character on that show, his tortures weren’t cleverly heart wrenching like cersei’s which is why you couldn’t really respect him as a villain, really just despise him (very well casted). Especially with Sansa being the one to decide how he dies, I would’ve liked to see her chose a very cruel and painful death, that way what she said to the hound at the end feast (little bird), would’ve meant more cause we saw her grow from it rather than thinking she’s thankful for the abuse. And especially how they portrayed her and Theon’s relationship you would think she would dole some sort of punishment on his behalf. Ramseys death was too quick and kind. Anyway, thanks for coming to my TEDTalk.
Not sure why everyone hates the High Sparrow. I loved seeing him humble Cersei, especially since she got off so easy with her own death. She deserved so much worse.
Jon killing Allister is quite underrated. Allister always taunted and tormented Jon and even in Season-1 after Ned's death taunted him by saying he will be hanged one day. Guess the irony.
I always used to think getting attacked by dogs didn’t do anyone who interacted with Ramsey justice but then I think about a few hours later - Ramsey didn’t disappear, he became multiple lumps of turd in his dogs kennels.
Everyone mad at Arya not killing Cersei but it wasn’t from not trying she set out to do so I mean she killed the real threat though night king. She almost completely wiped out everyone that needed to go including slicing lord Baelish neck. She was the only one that was removed from the political tug of war for the throne and stood on principles the whole time while becoming a trained killer the whole time since day 1 when she showed us how cold she was with the bow and arrow she’s been all about killing
What would happen if Genghis Khan, Alexander the Great, Julius Caesar or Hernan Cortes were in Game of Thrones? Ale and, Caesar have more technological advancements for this and Cortes has 40k men.
Cortes'd get destroyed, Genghis would lose because he relied on cavalry tactics and trickery, one of which won't win in Westeros' many forests and the other the residents are too used to to be fooled by, Alexander and Caesar would likely be fighting none but each other for the Iron Throne.
Killing littlefinger like that was the most disrespectful moment ever. You really have to just watch and not think, to like this scene. But they subverted our expectations I guess..
Although I thought Olly's execution could have been avoided and they should have kept him after small punishment or a little explaining. After all he was a child and wildlings killed his parents.

@@michaelnally2841 definitely an interesting scenario.
@@nmernst I figured it would’ve been better if Sansa did it since her father had the moral of the person carrying out the sentence should be the one to swing the sword
Can't believe joffery's death wasn't mentioned
That wasn't really revenge though, just Olenna looking out for her grand daughter.
IMO, #1 and #2 need swapped. Seeing Ramsay eaten by his own hounds was everything.
Tywin Lannister is such a weird character for me, cuz I love him to his core but I loved his death equally as much
Arya slaughtering and destroying the house of Frey is nothing short of sweet, delicious revenge.
Yes, yes I did enjoy this video.
How about Joffrey. That should have been 1, let alone on the list at least!
That wasn't a revenge kill.
@@Tesko91 It definitely wasn't an accident
Daenerys for me. 😁 Jon Snow avenged it for killing Jaime.
Anyway, thanks for coming to my TEDTalk.
knew my favourite moment of the series was #1 because if not i'll start to throw hands
"leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe"
Not sure why everyone hates the High Sparrow. I loved seeing him humble Cersei, especially since she got off so easy with her own death. She deserved so much worse.
The Freys killed guests beneath their roof... and went down hard for it. Took a few seasons but they sure got what was coming to them.
The red weading was revenge too. You broke your word
revenge was best served cold
Imagine being the poor bastard that so happens to be next to the high septum when it explodes, having nothing to do with Cersei and all that…
Yes loved it
Jon killing Allister is quite underrated. Allister always taunted and tormented Jon and even in Season-1 after Ned's death taunted him by saying he will be hanged one day. Guess the irony.
Arya killing the Waif in Braavos would go on my Honorable Mentions list.
"Hello big brother. Really big. VERY big brother."
Little finger would definitely be my number one I was so happy when the tables got turned on him
Top 10 Game of Thrones Armies.
"Not only does the North Remember, but the North does not forget" yes that is what remember means lmao?
Some say that when Tywin Lannister died, the rest of the show died soon after.
He died the same way Elvis died: on the can.
Cersei vs the sands should be in the top 3
I hope we all remember the saying; Hate the character, Love the actor.
Not surprised that the freys are number 1
You know who *else* remembers?
Pepperidge Farm remembers!
Euron captured Ellaria Sand on his own to gift Cersei
I was like how is the Frey’s deaths not #1? But then it was
Arya killing the House Frey was the last time we see her doing her face mask skills
Missed the dothraki gang kill by darnarys
Killing littlefinger like that was the most disrespectful moment ever. You really have to just watch and not think, to like this scene. But they subverted our expectations I guess..
Ramsey had it coming the most
Although I thought Olly's execution could have been avoided and they should have kept him after small punishment or a little explaining.
After all he was a child and wildlings killed his parents.
The Queen's Justice for me.
For me, watching Tyene get poisoned is also justice for Doran Martell being murdered by Tyene's mother!
Stannis: Alright this is it i fucked up and that is what i get for it. Go on doyxour Duty , Like a Boss
