Man, that Arya Stark has the ability to transform into anyone she wants? That sure sounds like something that would be super useful in the later seasons.
I don't really see Troy as a revenge kill, since Achille's cousin was responsible for his own death on the battlefield . I would a chose Lucky Number Slevin instead, or Magneto killing Shaw in X-Men First Class
While I appreciate all the entries, lack of "Peppermint" is criminal. I know it wasn't a blockbuster success.... But it's absolutely brilliant. As is "The Brave One." There's a few more honourable mentions I'm sure
Nothing about an Australian guy named Max Rockatansky , a pair of handcuffs and a saw ? Nothing about Frank Castle and his "crusade" ? (Oh right. It's not revenge, it's punishment !) Nothing about "Lucky Number Sleven" ? Damn, you really left out some good ones.
How could you possibly leave out "law abiding citizen" for ruthless revenge when Clyde took revenge on the crooks and legal team who all messed with him.
The point of vengeance is never forgive and never forget. It takes energy to hate for a long time. Only losers who don't have that energy want to move on and forgive or forget.
The WILD thing is, Dexter was waiting all afternoon in the Trinity Killer's trunk.. WHILE Trinity was killing his wife. If he wasn't waiting in the trunk to kill the guy, he likely could have stopped him from killing Rita in the tub.
That's a very brief list, albeit a good one. But you neglected to mention the ultimate revenge movie, The Crow. Also, my favorite anti-establishment revenge movie, Shooter. Love that last scene where the Senator is at the cabin with Danny Glover.
Some Spoilers, sort of? I remember the first time I saw Sicario and heard the boss say, "Not in front of my boys..." It might make me sound like a psychopath, but I smirked (and laughed a bit inside) when I saw the boss's face. Priceless. I couldn't help but imagine he pissed himself or worse; should've shown it dripping off the chair. A top ten action film on my list. Check it out if you somehow missed it.
Patrick Jane tricking, wounding, chasing down and strangling Red John in "The Mentalist." Paul Atreides killing Feyd Rautha in hand-to-hand combat, as revenge for the Harkonnens' murder of his father, in the climax of "Dune."
The Crow - Eric Draven shoot out scene The Man from Nowhere - Cha Tae-sik kills Man-seok through bulletproof windshield and whole fight before that GoT - Sansa Stark kills Ramsey by feeding his dogs with him I saw the Devil - Soo-hyeo kills Jang Kyung-chul by making his own son kills him Oldboy (Korean version) - whole movie and plot twist at End
Classic Revenge Movie of all time - I Spit On Your Grave. Also, Django Unchained, Count of Monte Cristo (2002), High Plains Drifter, Oldboy, I Saw the Devil, and Lady Snowblood. One thing I hate about most 'top 10' lists, is they don't give you any criteria for how the list was made. I personally think it would help a lot if you explained how you made your decisions. Then, even if we didn't agree with you, we'd better understand your list.
Can someone please help me figure out this the name of this song at seven minutes about 20 seconds to 7 minutes and 39 seconds I tried to Shazam it and it’s not working it keeps bringing up some Spanish rap music so if somebody could please assist I would greatly appreciate it!😅🤜🏽🤛🏽👌🏾🙏🏽😅
I wish I cuold have this philosophy that is talked about int he early part of the movie. I tried debating this to some christians at the church that I attend, talking about too much Egalitarianism, Pacifism. But it didn't go well. They said they would pray for me, and many of the people were shocked and stunned. I told them, that when they were alone in their rooms at night and nobody was looking, they sometimes have the SAME THOUGHTS as I do, being in a disrespectful and evil world that treats people like shit, especially women and children and the poor. Ben Franklin once said, Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. In old Test, the prophets and God told the Israelites that because they did not destroy all the CAananites and KENITES, they would be plagued by them for a very long time.
I guest not many people knows this but there is a korean movie titled I saw the Devil and so freaking gruesomely good. The way he toys with the killer of his wife was so satisfying.
Not really a revenge movie but certainly an excellent and satisfying revenge scene, look up the Island(1981) with Michael Caine, the 50 caliber scene. Of course it would be best to see the whole movie for some context.
that opening makes no sense, dish best served cold means it would be ruthless, cold, to the point, what should it be then? "revenge is a dish best served medium rare with a side salad"?

Kill bill 1 and 2. the ultimate revenge movies there have been others but its definiely a great one. John Wick, various Martial arts movies (bruce Lee),
Whats funny is my wife talked me into watching a clockwork orange. I didnt evwn like it at first. Guess what. She apparently disnt know the cut scenes version existed and ya we are both watching those scenes together. Oddly she wanted to watch the rest
Voice over ruins the vid
Good video,bad voice
@@kimpedersen7100 I turn off as soon as I hear those really bad voice overs
@@petermcclenaghan5735 He is an actor. James Woods
Yup! That was pretty bad.
Okay?
Man on Fire could have its own list. The scene under the bridge with the dirty cop and the suppository bomb? "I wish. You had. More. Time." Savage!
Do you prefer the original Man on Fire or the Denzel version?
Law abiding citizen
Hate the ending
Nothing better than law abiding citizen. If you want to see cold Buttler is the guy.

Yo props to the editor for that dog wick scene. That shit was creative as hell.

I know this movie... Good one...
Inigo Montoya vs Count Rugan the six fingered man. Princess Bride. Not on the list? Inconceivable!
A lot of us who have suppressed rage issues and see injustice all the time NEED THESE VIDEOS OF YOURS...amen?
Amen. Absolutely more productive than fantasies of exacting real revenge
3:02 Homeboy really said he looks like Brad Pitt with extra seasoning 😂 That totally caught me off guard had me tearing up 😂💀
Man, that Arya Stark has the ability to transform into anyone she wants? That sure sounds like something that would be super useful in the later seasons.
I really wish they’d just do-over the last few seasons
@@Jim_The_Fish Nah, they already fucked it up forever.
Shame Arya couldn't transform into a decent scriptwriter.
Only quibble I have is that Arya killed old man Frey first, then she wore his face to kill the rest of the men of the house.
"They say the taste of vengeance is bittersweet, but I find it to my liking." This sums it up quite well in my opinion.
Haha. How about "Revenge may be bitter, but so are coffee and collard greens, n'I like them just fine."
I don't really see Troy as a revenge kill, since Achille's cousin was responsible for his own death on the battlefield . I would a chose Lucky Number Slevin instead, or Magneto killing Shaw in X-Men First Class
Lucky Number Slevin, I love that movie. Never expected that were a revenge movie.
Yeah I wouldn't put Troy on there because you know that's coming which kinda ruins the surprise of the revenge.
@@donovanbradford8231 If you read the Iliad, it wasn't a surprise.

The Knight Rider theme during the Troy entry was fantastic 😂
Nice compilation.

Taylor Sheridan wrote Sicario so thanks should really go to him for any scene
Thanks ❤
I love your content man, keep up the good work, dont ever stop.
Keanu is exactly as deadly in real life. He underwent a shit ton of real tactical training.
I mean every actor did that but Keanu takes it really seriously.
I mean, he looks the part on screen, but deadly? The guy would likely crap himself if anyone actually shot at him with live rounds!!
"tactical"?
Dude you are awesome! Totally nailed the list! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Armed Citizen's scene beats them all where he dismembers the villain piece by piece while keeping him alive and able to watch and feel it.
Never outshine your content
That's a very brief list, albeit a good one. But you neglected to mention the ultimate revenge movie, The Crow. Also, my favorite anti-establishment revenge movie, Shooter. Love that last scene where the Senator is at the cabin with Danny Glover.
Brad pitt with extra seasoning. Never thought about it but so very true.

I spit on your grave was brutal
well 9 of 10 aint bad but way to drop the ball on #1
Arya kills him BEFORE poisoning everyone else, not after...
Has a voiceover that describes the scene you are watching. Scene that is edited to be less cool often adding music to it.

Knight Rider Theme
Remake the video without the commentary, we get the clips.
I don't think you understand what the, "revenge is a meal best served cold," quote means.
No rage. No emotion. Zero remorse
In sicario I would have let him live just so he could live with it.
He did let him live the trauma but only for few seconds.
That's why he killed his family first and let it sink in before ending him.
He was a cartel boss. He would have obviously tried to get revenge so he would be looking over his shoulders forever
Dexter doesn't really count since he killed Arthur before he knew that Arthur killed Rita.

“Christians” like that sure do like the Torah. I never hear anything from them about things that you know - Jesus - actually said or did.

Walder Frey. Not water, not Walter, not Waldorf... Walder ....
Oldboy. Revenge in that movie is stunning
