Love following along, you are an amazing teacher, I struggle with one aspect, this is keeping the eyes focused on the third eye, I am newish to this practice, if you have the chance to put a guided video around the keeping focus whilst working through the set, that would be amazing ❤. A beginners guide to key aspects would be helpful to many I would imagine, including squeezing, pushing the energy up or down. Keep doing what you are, really good content ❤. You've helped me soo much already.

Third-eye focus is a challenge for many of us and it takes practice and patience. If it's a challenge for you in that the optic nerve gets painful, take breaks and come back to it as/when you can. If it's a case of forgetting to focus at third eye, be gentle and patient with yourself. Set your intention, and when you find yourself distracted, and then suddenly remember to focus at third eye, that moment in itself is a victory! A perfect start to my day as I head off to an Ashtanga class. I'm back in Rishikesh and was fortunate enough to do a one on one Kundalini class yesterday. The teacher said "I perform kriyas very well and that my 10 bodies are well aligned, however my subtle body requires some improvement"😊. Thank you for this question - at the end of each movement, we inhale, activate mulbandh and keep mulbandh with the breath held in. Then exhale and relax mulbandh.
