Ist time doing this, I'm an overweight 41 year old and was shocked by how much i felt this. Even though I found a little bit of it hard it felt very rewarding and left me with a sense of peace. Namaste!

I love it - was introduced by someone years ago. But no-one did - they a woman in my city from a place called School House Yoga taught this - and with the meditation and chanting. Then it ended - why that place ended I don't know. I was back in Cali where I had lived for years - and believe me it is scare even there. BUT I was in Newport Beach for almost a year and found a wonderful place in Huntingdon Beach!! - Moved back to Pittsburgh and NOTHING! I an happy to find this and begin again.
This was my first-time doing Kundalini Yoga. I have watched many videos and was fearful to begin. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable. I feel great after this session and plan to continue daily...maybe even more than once per day. I work from home, so I am looking forward to little yoga breaks. AWESOME morning awakening!

I've just started getting adverts during the tune in and breath of fire 😮. I'm doing this as a 39 day challenge and I'm on day 38 and it won't play all the way through anymore. Almost impossible to do this when it's being interrupted

Enjoyed this during practice but woke up next day really sore in right arm and shoulder and massive headache and fatigue all day. Could be unrelated. Will try another beginner video and give this one another try.

I’ve been doing your kundalini for a few months now, and it’s helped me so much. Today in this class during breath of fire I got a pain almost like a stitch you get when running on my right side of my abdomen. This happened last time I did breath of fire as well. Any idea why this is happening am I doing something wrong ?
Hello there! It is recommended that in addition to frontal shooting, it is recommended to shoot from a side angle, so that the viewing vision will be more comfortable.

You can try slowing the pace of your breath and see if that helps.
