Dear Gemma, I have been practicing this Kriya on a daily basis since it was released as part of my morning ritual. Last night I had a pranic healing, I was told that I am extremely calm and balanced within, also my aura is very expansive. I truly believe that by performing this Kriya in conjunction with Twin Hearts meditation is the catalyst in me being able to achieve and maintain my state of being. Funny, I started using these short energy boosters as part of my workout warmup. There is nothing better to awaken you and motivate for further action than a good dose of breathing, moving rhytmically and observing your sensations. It then stays through any other physical exercise and I remember about breathing deeply and staying kind and observing myself. Another good use for kundalini 😊

I do this every morning, it is one of the most enjoyable parts of my day, I’ve tried very hard to do the longer practices but struggle a lot. This has helped me so much to enjoy kundalini without feeling like I cant complete the set. I tried your other 10 minute one and sadly it doesn’t have the shake out at the end, and I also cant do the single nostril breathing because I can only breath out of one nostril. But I absolutely love this video, brings me joy everyday ❤

As an alternative to alternate nostril breathing or single nostril breathing, we don't physically block either nostril - keep both hands in gyan mudra on the knees - and we visualise/imagine the breath/energy flowing through the one nostril or visualise/imagine the flow of alternate nostril breathing. This really is a wonderful short workout. I have a physio workout to do as well and I am always sorry to have to choose between that and a kundalini kriya. With this short kriya I can do booth. And I so love your style of teaching. Your energy is a joy to bathe in early in the morning.
