Hi yogigems I am really struggling with my nervous system. I can switch it off due to years of stress so now sleep about two hours. I don't want to take medication so your practices are really holding me together I have a question if I may please. I've been doing your practices for about three months now every morning. Your 40-day kriya is the one that calls you - it could be a favourite, or perhaps one that has deep meaning for you. If you are not sure of which kriya to choose (it's tough - there are so many wonders!), keep going with your steady daily practice, committing to a different kriya each day.
