Gidday Henry. Just found your channel, and subscribed 👍. You are now the third cooking channel I not only watch, but save the recipes. At 60 yrs old, I'm finally starting to learn how to make meals that have flavor 😁. Just ordered a bag of your KFC mix to give a try, and tomorrow's shopping will have the lamb rogan brew. Cheers Pete' New Zealand.
Oh my goodness that looks amazing! Thank you so much for sharing and making it so easy for us novices to try. Your tutorial awesome. Thank you.
I actually have a friend named Josh Rogan. I wonder if he eats this? I’ll have to check with him.

Looks so good!! For those that are broke and want to extend the meal, add a few cans washed chickpeas.
My family who lives in Wisconson, make a similar simpler version of this for Madagh.
Are you from Racine?

need to caramelize the oions and need to seer the lamb at high temp to give coating that will retain the moisture
Great video, might have to defrost some lamb from the freezer and give this a try. Thanks for demystifying this style of cooking.

Why do I watch cooking whenever I’m hungry? And the quickest thing I can eat is a can of Campbell because I’m lazy
That's one of my favorite Indian dishes. Your version looks great.
My favourite curry of all
I made lamb biryani last night. I wish this video had come out a day earlier. I'll try this next time. I have two legs in the freezer.
If i did it with chicken would it need to simmer for less time?
If I wanted to make this spicier, what should I add?
Fresh chilli or ground cayenne will give it a kick
When served with rice, about how many servings does this recipe make? Looks fantastic, almost took a bite of my phone...😃
