मैं ७६ साल का हर रोज दो घंटे सुबह व दो घंटे शाम को जाता हूं पर मज़ा धीरे धीरे चलकर लेता हूं खाना कम खाता हूं। फल दूध दही हर रोज सेवन करता हूं। कॉफी कभी कभी लेता हूं। पूर्ण आनन्द सैर से मिलता है १०० आदमियों के साथ राम राम भी हो जाता है। स्वस्थ रहना ही बेहतर समझा जाता है। सबसे उत्तम धन सेहत ठीक ही है और। जय हो सब की जी।

Maine aj 23 min me 3 km walk kiya to muze apna walk time increase karna chhaiye ya walk slow karna chahiye ? Waise 3 km walk karne ke bad mai aur walk karne me samarth ni thi to kya benefit 23 min 3 km chalne se milega ya nahi ya speed slow karke 1 hr walk karna hi karna hai

I would add one comment in this ☝️ there should be one day off from all exercises in a week to recover our body from such strains on our muscles , that way our body muscles recovers. Rather we should do 5 days a week brisk walk is more than enough and rest two days Pranayam and light yoga would relax our body. I hope you will not mind on my comment. With my 30years experience on brisk walk i suffered with bruising of my rt knee femur bone condyle that was due to some twist in my leg which indirectly related to my brisk walk 5 km daily. For that my sports doctor advised to take rest on one or two days in a week to recover your body. Thank you

बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद। मैं 60 साल का हुं।मुझको लगता है चलने पर और अनुसंधान की आवश्यकता है। ठंड के मौसम में 3बजे सुबह उठकर अपने कमरे में ही 500 कदम चलने पर पसीना आना शुरू होता है ।सिर्फ गंजी में रहना पसंद करेंगे ।इसके बाद कुछ व्यायाम कर कार्यक्रम बन्द कर सकते हैं अथवा गंजी बदलकर और निकर पहनकर दौड़ के लिए निकल सकते हैं।

@@DrPrashantMoreHealthTips I do this Sir. Is that can be for less sleep? Though sound sleep but for five hours, from 12 at night to 5 in the morning. Further I take one tablet of Telmisartan 40 mg and Amlodipine 5 mg in the morning for hypertension which keep my pressure absolutely normal. Your advice is solicited.

मै दोपहर में 2500-3000 कदम चलता हूं, शाम को एक घंटा चलता हूं, जो लगभग 7.75 से 8km होता है और ये 11हजार कदम हो जाता है। शुगर बीपी नही है। मैने तय किया है के डाक्टर को पैसा नही दूंगा। रोज एक फल, भरपूर पानी और पैदल चलना स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत लाभदायक है।

How many steps per minute? for weight loss 100 to 120 steps per minute required.
