- Wet wrap therapy usually involves steroid creams.
But we DO NOT want to go through that path!
Here's a tutorial on how to do a steroid-free Wet Wrap Therapy.
I learnt this from the nurses while I was at the hospital :)
*I am on a steroid-free medication called Dupixent. This plays a massive role in my clear skin. However, even with Dupixent, my skin was VERY dry. Wet Wrap Therapy helped me regain my elasticity back in my skin and it kept my skin glow and plump!
I've had Eczema as a child and used topical steroid creams for it for over 20 years.
I stopped using the creams and this is how I got into Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW).
After a whole year of suffering, I have decided to use dupixent to calm my TSW symptoms. Now that I have my life back, I am enjoying every moment to the fullest! I feel ALIVE again!
Dupixent is a steroid-free medication.
I am still healing from TSW while being on this medication :)

A better way to do wet wraps is soaking cotton pajamas in lukewarm water and wear them for 30 minutes with a warm blanket covered over you.
that’s a very good idea!! thanks for sharing🤍🤍

Ordered Epaderm ointment after I saw your video. My toddler has a really bad rash behind his knee for a couple months already & nothing worked. Started doing dry wrap with Epaderm the last couple days & already seeing a huge difference. TY for this video.
Tysm for dis it i will try it out on my daughter, she has been 11 months into TSW and is only 9 yrs. I hope dis helps!
aw so sorry your daughter is going through tsw🥺 i hope it works well for her xx
Thanks Remi! Super helpful! Would u recommend wet wrap or moisture withdrawal for tsw?
it really depends on where you are in your healing. for me, at the start my skin was very inflamed that i needed to withdraw moisture. towards the end, my inflammation had calmed down so i felt that it was ready to reintroduce moisture again. so i suggest you listen to your own body x
YES!!! I was waiting for this 🥰 thanks so much for uploading 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I will try this on my legs
you’re very welcome!! i hope it works just as great as it did for me😊
Muito obrigado por seu carinho, espero que consiga resolver de vez sua pele, também estou na luta
Thank you
You are my motivation
Really awesome information here! I wonder how I can do this for my hands. They're my problem spot after going through TSW for the past 3 years.
Is your battle with TSW constant or does it come and go in flares? Currently going through tsw and idk if I can handle this constantly for 3 years. Glad you're almost done with the suffering!
@@devdeuce93if you don’t avoid dairy gluten and soy your flares will continue. Do a liver detox and try black seed oil it’s very effective in stopping the itch. Take a good probiotic supplement, zinc and collagen
Can this also help discoloration for the face and neck because whenever I’m outside my skin turns purple when it’s cloudy and in the sun it turns pink.
Can we do it overnight?
Hi I'm new in your channel. Can u tell me if that cream will work for psoriasis. Please I need to know. Thank u for the video.
I want to know how dupixant is treating you now,.since this video.
Great video! Are you still rating the cleanser? 😊
Me conte, o que você ainda usa para tratar sua pele, por favor?
Any recommendations for eczema safe lip balm/alternatives because a lot of normal ones make my lips peel
I use epaderm ointment on my lips too!!
Can u please recommend a sunscreen safe for our skin, i ve been trying some brands and feel clogged and skin would flare aftes sometimes. Thank you. And your demonstration on wet wraps is very useful, thank you!!
How did you get your eyebrows to grow back in so beautifully?
How do you keep from feeling cold?
is there a good way to go about wrapping your neck and shoulders?
I bought a neck and shoulder cover from Amazon. Like made of special cloth. Personally it made me too warm but everyone is different. I will try to find it.
I just watch the video of the no moisture therapy of you, so it is after recover a lot after NMT , then you trying to have wet wrap to keep your skin? I am new of TSW so I really want to
Know more , thanks
I got the answer by the other video
Can i do this without the ointment? I dont believe the ointment is available here in my country.
maybe look for an alternative! epaderm is an emollient based ointment. make sure the ointment you find doesn’t have steroids in them xx
Do u need to wash away the ointment after?
no you can leave it on! or i even top it up with a thin layer after i finish the wet wrap 😊
