Those bicep sevens 🔥! By the way, if you're looking for a Suspension Trainer Program to build lean muscle & transform your body, checkout the FFA Programs - fitnessfreedomathletes.com/trx-programs/ (For beginner to advanced levels & complete with Nutrition, Mindset, and Performance Training)
I am super interested in getting into suspension training, as I am a trucker and don’t have room for much equipment. Is this routine something I could perform everyday? Would you recommend doing pushing moves one day and pulling the next? Should I incorporate cardio? I was thinking something like Days 1, 3, 5: Shoulder Press Chest Press Squats Jump Rope (Repeat X3) Days 2, 4, 6: Low Row High Row Suspension Deadlift Jump Rope (Repeat X3) I’d really like to get some kind of strength training in every day for consistency. Thanks for your videos!
Hey there, I understand. I wouldn't advise doing this workout everyday as you want to allow time for recovery. Every other day would be better. With regards to a training Program, it's very dependant on your fitness level and goal and nutrition. That's why I created a range of suspension trainer Programs specific to each - fitnessfreedomathletes.com/trx-programs/ I also have a playlist with a variety of other suspension training workouts here, if you just wanted to rotate - ruclips.net/video/3-0oskEC3KU/видео.html And best thing to do is just try your routine and see how you find it
