Thanks for the great review. I have had a Ninja Dual Brew for about 2 years - paid over $220. It started out great, but now it's not so great. I get more coffee grounds in my pot than what's in the basket. I am looking for 2 independent operating systems - drip and k-cup. It's too much trouble adding and removing parts to make coffee to suit everyone's coffee preference. This one is a contender. 👍

Love your videos, my question is about a Keurig “smart” single brew machine. I just ordered my 3rd one from Amazon but debating whether or not to send it back because of the first 2 turned off and never turned back on. Did you ever encounter this?

The Keurig K Supreme Models have a history of this problem. The unit can overheat and trip the thermostat on the inside of the machine. I made a video on how to open up your Keurig and reset the thermostat with a paperclip. But it requires you to open it up. This is a link to the video ruclips.net/video/IdE_4NIQEro/видео.html If this does not fix the problem or you are not able to open it up, I would call Keurig 866-901-2739, They are aware of this problem and should replace you unit free of charge. Lot of other viewers have had this same problem during a descale the machine has to run a lot of cycles to run the solution through the machine then the rinse cycles. It is a good idea in the future to let the machine sit for 30 min before you start the rinse cycle, but you have to make sure the machine stays in descale mode or it will not turn you light out at the end of the rinse. Also some K Supreme the low water light does not come on and you might run the machine dry which can also cause the thermostat to trip. In the case of the low water light not coming on you have to stop the process and start all over, but this time you can just use water on both the first part and rinse cycle. The machine has to see the low water light come on for the logic in the descale mode to complete and turn the light off.
Can you put a paper filter in the reusable k cup so you don’t have to wash out the grounds after each use?
I know this is an old video but I'm having some issues with the single-serve side it stopped working and it's pushing water into the carafe reservoir
But how do u use the single cup with the brown basket it comes with?
So i bought this coffee maker bout 5 months ago yesterday when i went to use the k side the water was coming out into the crafe side where the steam should be coming out. I always descale it it was working fine earlier in the day it was my 2 cup of coffee it started acting funny..any suggestions..i saw on another video some took theirs apart 😢😢😢but I think it was a water pump issue
How is it to clean? Does it tell you when it needs cleaned? My cuisinart needs constant cleaning, and i don’t think the filters do the job they say. Also the carafe heating element rusted through, of course right after the warranty.
Does it push grounds into the coffee through the single k cup side? My cuisinart pushes ground back up the top syringe and plugs. Any issues with this?
Idk about all that plastic coming into contact with that very hot water. Anyone know if you can replace the plastic with other alternatives?

yes, you will get a couple drips but it will not run out
Between the Cuisinart SS-15P1 and this Hamilton Beach 49902 FlexBrew Trio which do you prefer or recommend? Or even a comparison demo would be great! Maybe throw in the Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker into the comparison too!

just got mine & when it finishes, it never changes from brewing to keep warm
mine is doing the same not switching over from brewing to keep warm. Have not found an answer yet
@@StormRider96 I contacted Hamilton Beach who sent a replacement that works correctly and said cut the cord & throw it out. I kept the pot, filter basket, & single serve reservoir before tossing the rest since they were fine & just go back and forth while one gets cleaned or if the worst happens I have an extra & save in the long run.

I think you add the amount you water you need/want. There are triers inside to show you the amount inside the reservoir. If you want 2 cups, simply add 2 cups of water.

Is yours still working? Mine is just 13 days old and the single serve stopped working. Just trickles out cold water. Carafe side runs fine. Amazon going to replace it. I hope this was just a bad egg and not a model defect.

Hopefully after a number of kcup brews it doesn’t stop dispensing sufficient water to brew a single cup. Ours gave out and inspite of several cleanings of the needles it still does not dispense enough water.
The water goes over to the carafe side. No answer from HB at all.
Ours did the same thing! It was still under warranty so they sent us a new one and the new one did the same thing the first time we tried it... Water gurgles into carafe side and then it steams like crazy from the carafe water reservoir. Nothing from the K cup!
I had the same problem. After 3 weeks use of a brand new coffee maker, the single brew side was clogged. 3 weeks and 1 cup per day. HB actually responded with my complaints. They sent me a new one. Same problem. There has to be a defect in the design because a have a separate single brew coffeemaker that I've had no problems with. Used over a year and has never clogged.
My wife has this model and it is doing the exact same thing. I removed the side walls and ran a kcup cycle to watch the process. From what I am seeing, the water pump is having a hard time keeping up with the holding tank(not sure if that’s what it is called but it’s the clear box). From the holding tank it goes to the water pump but the water pump isn’t moving the water fast enough. There is another tube coming out of the holding tank and it’s the one that sends the water to the carafe side. Planning to dig into it deeper tonight.
