- Running is one of the healthiest forms of sport. By this training we strengthen lung, muscles and our cardiovascular system. It is important to drink enough water after this physical activity.
Astronauts have to do physical exhausting tasks outside of their space shuttle. And they have to be able to walk back to base-station up to 10 km!
Our MskSpaceTravellers ran four times 400 m with short breaks. They went for 8 km, ran laps in the gym and tried out in sprints. In bad weather conditions they like “Joggen im Wald” (jogging in the wood).
