The Deaf Guy eg9 thanks man!
Damn good job Nicholas your engine bay came out awesome !!
vilase johnson thanks !
do you ever use that over flow on a track i know some tracks wouldnt like that spilling coolant all over
Where did you get the purple bolts
were did you get those type of hoses??
Thanks for the video , I’m doing the same thing with my integra I may have a couple questions where can I write to you ?
I can't wait to see what you plan on doing with the exterior of the car, paint, wheels, suspension adjustments. Stoked. What's your ETA on driving the car?
No Budget Racing hopefully by the end of the month..
My 58 impala doesn't have the exit valve on the Radiator cap. It does have a release valve In the bottom, but thats it.
Question: Does having this coolant overflow tank sitting lower in the engine bay cause hydro-static pressure to send fluid to it once it gets a little hot and the fluid starts moving? IE; having it lower, isn't that kinda like trying to siphon gas out of gas tank? (I've never relocated one, but now I have one of these and an R34, lol)
Good question that I never thought of but, from what I’ve read. Since it’s an overflow it’s only gonna push fluid into it when it gets hot and when it cools it will draw it back into the system. If you have a surge tank you need to mount it close to the top of the rad. Of course do your own research, I’m not expert haha
What type of purple nuts are those?
Looking good bro you should post in my Honda bays group
SI RICKO send me a message
Nicholas Marlow I’m blocked on Facebook at the moment for 30days bro. Lol
Is the AN fittings & lines included?
Or you just maid them?🤔
Carlo_ boy the fittings on the coolant overflow themselves are included but the -an hose and -an hose clamps are not included
@@nicholasmarlow4359 thank you very much for the response💯
where'd you get the coil cover
Bleach Chasing J’s
coolant overflow hose connect with bottom radiator hose?
Yoy Yoy uhh no... the overflow hose goes to the reservoir off the top water neck.
@@nicholasmarlow4359 so just replace reservoir tank with overflow tank ?
@@javiercuevassanchez6446 pretty sure if you do that it would defeat the purpose of the overflow part of it lol. Essentially you could do that thought
Where you get thous clamps at ?
I bought mine from a local speed shop. If you go on summit racing and search coolant hose clamp. Fragola, summit, earls all sell them.
Forsure bro thanks 🙏🏼 great work. Check me out just did a k swap on my hatch . @fitted_hatch
Is your left inlet open?🤔
Can we just put a drain plug there?🤔
Carlo_ boy if you’re referring to the left inlet on the coolant overflow. It is open because there is a small tube that runs from the top of the reservoir near the cap down to this inlet in case of “overflow” of coolant it would come out this outlet technically instead of splashing out the cap.
@@nicholasmarlow4359 so we don't need to plug/cover this left inlet?
Can we just leave it like that and nothing to put in those left inlet?🤔
Carlo_ boy you can leave it empty i’d suggest putting something on it to direct it down so you dont have coolant spraying all over the bay if you ever do have an excess or overflow situation.
