You just have to like this manager! Always that little extra kind word to their customers, fills fries properly in the package. (I have many times at other McDonald's received too little and really wondered if it really is a medium fries, or small?) Furthermore, always thank your staff and always with that little extra encouraging word. 👍😍

I’m a manager at McDonalds! I am always on the floor helping everyone except for the last 30 minutes of the day when I have to do cash and restaurant stat updates.
I don't know why, but in the videos of sandwich making, the metal tongs being tossed back into the metal holding area is oddly satisfying. LOL Also the bubbling oil when fries or nugs ard dropped.

I love watching this, because I can't afford to eat the food anymore. Few years ago man, you could get a McDouble, Fries and a large drink for under $5 dollars. Now that same order is $9 dollars. McDonald's CEO is out of touch with reality... None of the Combo Meal should be over $10 w/tax.
Wish I worked at this McDonalds. Back in the UK we wear proper uniforms but there it looks more chilled and you guys work well and communicate. Keep it up stephan dealing with front orders and content :) .

Yeah, the days of 6 registers are long gone. Controlling food costs have taken precedent on speed of service. This current model in no way can mass produce copious amounts of food for a large lobby of people or a have cars get through the drive thru in a quick fashion. That is just the way it is.
All the McDonald's in my area have been like this for 2-3 years. So cold, sterile, and unwelcoming that no one wants to eat in them. I guess that's the point; make the customers use the drive-thru so you don't have to pay for cashiers or to clean the dining room. McDonald's went from having some of the fastest drive-thru service times to the worst.
This was amazing. Stephen, you were hustling and getting all those front counter orders out and then encouraged your crew with what a great job they did 🎉
I wish all McDonalds ran like this. Quiet and efficient. Everyone doing what they are supposed to be doing. Can't tell you the number of McDonalds I've been to where its loud, unprofessional, slow, inefficient, and literally nobody gives a damn about the customer.

I remember them days working at fast food did that for 5 years 16-21 now days I work a grocery store.. Would I ever go back to fast-food to be honest I would If i need a job bad than yes I would but now I'm happy where I'm at I'm about to be 32 and still working everyday....
its interesting how each mcd's is different I work at one 10 years now started out as lobby person, prep person, grill, fryers, table, money, orders, presenter and now I'm the only female maintenance person for my store I wish i could learn more but its alot I don't know that they have to call higher up maintenance people ^_^ im also the only one in the whole store who knows how to clean the shake machine o-o my job to clean it every 2 weeks
When you're officially authorized/sponsored by McDonald's you're soft serve machine for sure works. Never in my entire life had one. Been all over America, literally just ask for one as a joke just to hear the excuse. Of course I've also never been to a McDonald's where the cashier is trying to look like Ronald McDonalds daughter.
That’s the way to lead the team. Cast that shadow. Encourage, motivate and coach, even if it’s not running super smooth. It will build a sense of let’s push harder. “Good Job” and “High Fives”. I tell my swing managers when the shift is over, thank the team.

I have the best boss I have ever had, I do night security, imagine Santa Claus as your boss, but I've never been complimented or told I've done a good job, he almost does it daily, and tells me people always say how good of an employee I am, really just doing that nice extra thing, like helping customers, or I'll help employees, they like me being there at night.
This is what a great leader looks like. I worked at mcdonalds before and managers either go tell you to go do THEIR job or just sit back and have 14-18 yr olds do it. They get mad if you don’t. See the mcdonalds owner is a OLD MAN and he goes to the kitchen and help love him. Now the co owners they just stand there and watch you. Man to have someone like him he seems like a great vibe.
I apologize for all the cuts-I was trying to limit the kids faces out of respect.

Love how you give over flowing fries. Mine are usually 3/4 or less full.
The only thing we haven't seen Stephen do is an overnight or closing shift.
