Perhaps that is because she can’t read haha someone in T’s chat said that and it made me giggle thinking about it. That could be the reason that she hates them so much.
Reminds me of someone else known for vengeful missions in a context of brazen ego. Doesn’t love to read in these cases = ‘you’re not important, I am, and why show my true ignorance any further?’ 🙄

@dbodkins737 Well, seeing how I just buried my momma last month, I can't imagine any slapping... I'm female. I simply was offering a helpful aide to an ailing judge! I'm not proud of her decisions as a woman. Her decisions have been biased, and these are on record! She's lied (on record) she's a disappointment to all women kind on so many levels.
@DefenseDiaries the defense needs to update the interview dates in the filing! Believe they stated (between 2017-2018) .. BH told them he thought 2nd was between 1-2 yrs later! ... i found a brief FB post of him saying he was interviewed after BOTH BG sketch releases!... which means his 2nd interview in Logansport would've been after release of 2nd sketch, in 2019 !! ... perhaps that's why it can be found??... Not likely, but perhaps.. But defense could be blamed for not having by putting wrong date if they Don't Edit that !! Just seems how the Gull NM roll ! They're probably Loving it that they put 2018! CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE DEFENSE!!💞

Same! But for real, who is saying anything about his reactions? People that don’t agree? Because who cares how he reacts when it’s the truth. I think it’s entirely normal to have an emotional response, when there is blatant injustice! And I do not for a second believe that the police officers think they have their guy. I think they were able to convince themselves that he could totally be the guy, but even if they overt about a cover up, they know and are complicit just to keep the peace.
I love their love as well.
I’m disgusted with this case. That judge needs to be outta there. There will be no justice as long as she is on the case.

This is an unbelievable turn of events that Brad Holder admits to Abby being at Patrick Westfalls house, especially given the fact that PW has recently given interviews to Delphi RUclipsr sleuth intuition where he claims he has never met her.
It seems to me like Brad Holder is completely ready to confess and place the majority of the blame on Patrick if the police would just give him the opportunity to do so.
I had the horrible thought… did they have Abbey over to scope her out as their sacrifice?? 😦
@@Jennifermcintyre I have always thought Abby was the target, especially after seeing the description of how they left the two girls.
I know people feel uncomfortable talking about it but it’s a truth that children that age get pregnant, even if she wasn’t young girls can play games with boys if they aren’t getting enough attention.
I’ve always wondered if Abby was pregnant, or if not, if she had told someone she was.
@@newcryptowinners278 I thought about that today too!! She was 13 and definitely able to get pregnant.. and her boyfriend was old enough that it would have been considered criminal… he was way too old to be with her and she was too young to consent.. so they would have a real problem!!

Surely the Police should have record of ALL evidence they have taken, who signed it in, who signed it out, where exactly it is stored.
Also shouldn't a police station have record of exactly who is on site at any given time (if they are not just sat in the reception) in case of an emergency so that they can account for everyone. So that would mean that they should have record of who was being interviewed, which room and who by at any given time just for the health and safety aspect therefore they would have record of when Holder was interviewed and who by, the second time even if they cannot find the interview?
I believe DC is absolutely clueless. Every time he opens his mouth nothing but word salad comes out. TLi and JH KNOW RA is not the guy. They KNOW BH is involved along with JM and EF. BH is being protected by THEM and NM is in on it. I’m actually to the point where I think FCG is either in on it or just stupid enough to support NM 100 percent. If NM was not in on it, he would have dropped the charges when he actually read the discovery. Either that, or he’s the stupidest prosecutor I’ve ever seen!

So, I’m not going to say that all cops and prosecutors are saints and heroes, but I think it’s a lot to suggest that the amount of money it costs to convict someone is dictating their prosecution of Richard Allen. Tunnel vision, very possibly. However I would like to think that most human beings could not put money over an innocent man’s life. You may need to adjust your defense attorney lens ;) Otherwise, great coverage and commentary :)
Maybe the fact that Liggett made the arrest just a few weeks before his BIG election to sheriff. After all those years all the sudden they got the guy that everyone looked for for over 5 years.
The defense is desperate I believe the judge was correct when she said they are incompetent.

So this other RUclips channel posted a picture with 4 people in it on her community page. One looks like Kelsi German, not sure who the second lady is, a bald heard bearded man that looks like Brad Holder standing next to Libby German. Anyone else know about the picture in question
