- LEGO Batman The Videogame is one of my favorite LEGO Games of all time, and you're meant to use Free Play to collect all the stuff the game has to offer: Minikits, Red Bricks, stud meters, you name it. So, using tons of glitches, speedrun tech, and exploits, can we collect them all without free play? A Story mode only run, perhaps?

This reminds me of when i was doing i think 5-2 (whatever the one where you steal the jewel with penguin and cat women) and the red brick i saw and was like "oh i can wall jump this" i then spent 20 minutes trying to wall jump and clip then i realized i could just go back and ride the dinosaur and jump over
I still don't know how you're supposed to do that one legit, I discovered the Dino jump on my own.

There’s a glitch on the WII version where sometimes after completing ‘a Daring Rescue’ random characters from the shop will be unlocked.
This happened to me where I unlocked 3 of the police characters, Bruce Wayne, Clown Goon and Hush
Meaning you can unlock Hush without saving all hostages
(I assume the characters unlocked maybe random, so there might be a small chance of unlocking both Hush and Ras Al Ghul)

A suggestion for a challenge in the future: see how fast you can 100% just one level in each Lego game. IDk but I would think that in some cases it might not be optimal to 100% 1-1 first

I got this game along with an Xbox360 for christmas. It was the first console game i had ever played and one of the first games i ever owned. I played it over and over and over, and me and my friend would spend hours just jumping and swinging around in the green goo using characters that were immune to it, and roleplay weddings between robbin and batgirl.
I hope the cut scene where mothman reaches for the lamp stays in my brain until the day i die

just want to say. This is the shit i wanna watch, taking games and pushing it to it's absolute limit. love your content, keep it up superstar
I feel like if you were to do this challenge in the ds version you wouldn't have to replay levels as much, because all you really need to do is play the first two levels of every hero chapter then 100% the three hero vehicle levels since the three red bricks you get from those levels are the three keys that you need to unlock the doors in the levels(, and luckily you can 100% the six vehicle levels in the game without Freeplay because they don't even have Freeplay available for those levels).
I’ve always wanted to see a challenge like this for TCS just without the glitches I may try that myself someday
Using ctrl+alt+delete to generate lag is wild. Windows does a lot of stuff in the background when you exit that menu through the escape key. A lot of values are reinitialized and Explorer has a sort of soft reset. Super stable and consistent way to make lag
If this were anyone else I would say this is impossible but I know you somehow figured it out

This video was so fun to watch! I never did the villain levels except for a handful, and I didn't know that hush was an unlockable character! Such a fun trip down memory lane. Def gonna play this game again and actually 100% it this time. Thanks for making this vid!
Yeah I think you earned a subscription from me. I loved this game as a kid on PlayStation 2, and I just recently 100% it for the first time on Steam. Watching this was very interesting.
I remember seeing ads for this game and feeling so hyped for it. I got it for Christmas soon after and I used to have so much fun playing co-op with my Dad. Good times. It was so much wackier than the first Lego Star Wars, which was on of my first PlayStation 2 games.
I played this game as a kid and barely remember the levels but this video works well for those without a deep understanding of the game and is very enjoyable

Man I'm so glad I finally got an explanation to that weird bug I got during my playthrough on Xbox on Episode 4 where I just randomly got every single collectible on the screen out of nowhere, lmao.

I always have the most fun in Lego games during the story mode playthrough, seeing how many of the collectables I can actually get, so this kind of video appeals to me greatly.

I´m proud to say I got this 100% with my brother before we had access to internet so we had to look for everything on our own. Fun times.
I played this game something like 12 years ago and barely remember anything, except my brother found a glitch or cheat code that let him unlock everything in the villain mode at once

Shoutouts to getting the first proof of concept on that hostage takedown on accident, lol. Dunno if it would be useful in a run with the reloading taking time, but idk what the 100% normally looks like for this game, still cool tho
I love doing unecessary exploits just for the sake of doing it, some parts would be faster and easier to play normally, but its fun!
You should do lego star wars the Complete Saga without freeplay if you haven't done that yet

Unfortunately, there really is no “free play” in that game, which would make the rules too convoluted to be worth it

No fucking way, I was literally trying to 100% that game yesterday (I'm at 90 rn) and no joke thinking to myself if it was possible to do it in freeplay, great to see someone actually dedecated to doing it cuz I would never even get past the first level (I'm playing on xbox 360)
there was this one glitch i encountered no clue how it happened but randomly i unlocked a bunch of random characters and vehicles such as ras al gul maybe look into it to get high precent
