I looked at about six other videos, that were i strumental, but yours was the golden ticket. As i unplugged things i would replug then turned the ignition to start the system, and WALA. It worked.
Wife's 2011 Ford Fusion. Blower motor would quit and then restart . I replaced the blower motor and problem still persisted. Watched your video and when I pulled the blower motor resistor I found the same problem. Burnt plug. I could wiggle the plug and the blower moter would run. Ordered the resistor module and plug pigtail. Your video save me a lot of trouble shooting.
Not sure which terminals you’re talking about, but I only disconnected what I showed in the video. I had to replace my plug end because of how melted it was.
@@mpt.yt4 oh I meant if I needed to disconnect the battery cables before doing this but it’s all good, I had opened the resistor kit and it ended up being the first step on the instructions lol.

Hey do I need to disconnect the terminals for this? I hear 50/50 from everyone so just wondering if you left them connected.

Are there certain ones for these cars because i got one for cheap and its black and still no blowing
What do you mean by certain ones- resistors? Pigtails?

I would make sure that your connection is facing the right way, that it is snug, and that your wires are crimped/spliced properly.
What size screw are those taken out of the blower motor
7/32 in
Where can i find the wire ???
Ford Fusion blower motor resistor and pigtail replacement
