    1 round= 10 burpees, 10 pushups, 10 squats, 10 sit-ups. (I did 25 rounds)
    This is a simple yet effective routine that can be done for as many rounds as you desire. Hit it hard and stay lethal.

    To all of you considering hitting this routine, heres my 2 cents.
    9years ago i almost lost my arm in car crash. I have 4 screws in my elbow. I couldnt train for 3,4 years, lost all my gains. Every time i would get lost in different routines. I would do so much but yet so little. Typical thing when you trying to get back on your feet.
    Yesterday idid this workout, i did 3 rounds, 3min rest between rounds. I felt so fatigued that everytime i had to cough, i felt like throwing up.
    I NEVER FELT SO ALIVE, ONE DAY PASSED AND IM READY TO GO AT IT AGAIN. MY GOAL IS TO NAIL 10 ROUNDS WITH THIS TEMPO.
    ITS SLOW, BUT I CANT BE STOPPED. IM CLOSER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY.

    You make me realize we make this fitness/nutrition thing waaaay too complicated. Burpess, squats, pushups, situps. Eat lean protein, veggies, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Avoid refined sugar and alcohol. You will be fit if you do these things

    MR WOLF, I finally hit that 500 1 pumps. I've been working on that so hard. I feel so awesome and proud . I'm 6ft 4 300lbs in my 40s. I told u I would get to 500 following you and I just did it. Thank you sir. My time was horrible. 2hr 58 min but I didn't quit and that's what's important. MUCH RESPECT

    Man I swear I haven't used a single gym cardio machine but I've shredded a ton of fat with these crazy number workouts...and I feel my functional strength much higher

      Jonty Wardinho Man I have a rower also but since I found the wolf I haven't even touched it...I do like and dumbbells but it doesn't satisfy you as much as pushing yourself to the absolute limits

    I love this circuit. Great all around workout. I have a pull up bar so I threw in 5 pull ups in the middle. Did 10 rounds on my lunch break. Thanks for the motivation!

    I'm glad to see you promoting calisthenics I've used calisthenics all my life doing calisthenics is the way to go over lifted weights as well but calisthenics definitely builds the body in a way that is more natural and I feel like your more in tune with yourself this way and in my personal opinion stronger physically and mentally keep up the good work

    Dude, I've been looking for a fitness channel that strictly focuses on calisthenics. Love your channel and I instantly subscribed. Many channels claim to use no equipment but they end up incorporating some type of weights. I try to only do calisthenics workouts because that worked so well for me in the military. Stay strong man

    Came back and repeated this workout and added 10 stair sprints at the end to spike the heart rate in a effort to force recovery while doing work. I don't post often, but still present and working in the background. Your new videos and your old videos are still my go to's.

    Killer circuit brother! Haven't touched a single piece of cardio equipment but I have shredded fat just as fast or even faster than when I was using cardio equipment. Also my functional strength is increasing!

    This routine is so simple but hugely effective. I can do navy Seal Burpees now for a reasonably lengthy period however when I tried this I found myself gasping for air on the second round! Thoroughly recommended!!!!

    I was always scared of those Iron Wolf's routines, because they look impossible for me, but tried this one yesterday! But because I'm weak and can't lift my ass, I reduced reps to 5 burpees and 5 push ups (10 at once is kinda too much :/) and also added 5 pull ups (with resistance bands, because weak ass :)) to get something on my back. Did 4 circuits and damn, my chest and back hurts today :) I'm gonna try tomorrow, today little rest and later at least 3-4 times a week. I will try to add more circuits and then more reps I guess. Thank You Wolf for your passion and everything you've done with this channel. Also I love your warm-up and stretching routines.

    I’m trying this fat burner workout this weekend and when I think I can’t go no more I will think how many rounds you do that will motivate me to do more!!!
