I think he was patient because he only had one pair of cuffs. and he was the only cop among security. He was very patient still but I think partly for those reasons. He probably wanted to wait for backup but they kept testing him

I’m not one to usually side with police but he gave them three too many chances. After all that arguing the first time and then stopping and doing it a second time with more attitude I’m surprised he didn’t arrest them at that point. I think they got that many warnings because there was only one police officer there, the rest were only security guys. The cop didn't want to go hands on by himself if there was any alternative... Then he finally lost patience.

i think he was giving them some leeway due to them obviously not being from the country but that only goes so far. they understood what he wanted them to do. they chose not to do it. so they can't play ignorant in this regard.
Really it was the staff continuing to be involved that was the problem. Once you call the police you should stop talking to the perp. The cop escalated his voice and was moving them off the property until the staff tried to play Good Cop with a normal voice and they went back to, "Scram, dork, we're bigger than you."

They are not American and not every country has a trespassing law. In some countries private businesses are considered public land and no one can force you to go or prevent you from entering. Unless of course you break the law

And even then, that still didn't work. Nothing would, and that's why they were arrested. Being talked to with a raised voice is a warning. And they did not heed the warning. They would have been there all day otherwise.

No the officer said he was under arrest, another officer put hands on his left arm, he offered no resistance, the officer sprayed him. It was completely unnecessary.

They were charged with tresspassing which all was caught on bodycam footage so likely no private footage was subpoenaed. FOI requests are how these channels get their footage.

The couple was even offered a full refund but they did not listen and began getting more aggressive towards the security. This lead to them being verbally trespassed from the property and asked again to leave to which they didn't listen and were arrested. This is why paying attention is important!
