I read or saw somewhere where this lady was stalking one of the officers after a relationship. This is the reason that they did not entertain her repeated request to file aanother report.

@@tiajones8939 Thank God for all first responders, but I think police really get the pointy end of the stick on a lot of these crazy situations. And then when everything is resolved, they still have to do paperwork and write a detailed report on the whole chaotic scene.

Texas just updated and set up public and for profit funding of the 1 state mental institution still operating in Texas. They also opened 2 new corporate owned psychiatric hospitals in Austin and I believe Tyler. I imagine they will start popping up nation wide, probably will follow the corporate for profit jail and prison business model.

She is obviously unwell mentally, acting the way she did. Hopefully, she gets help and gets her life together. Mental illness is extremely pervasive and dangerous for the victim and society.
@@Msal19 paranoia, religiosity, probably delusions, stalking - just some of the symptoms that I noticed. Talk therapy is only going to do so much to help her she seems to have a chemical imbalance in her brain. Medication options would include mood stabilizing or antipsychotics might help her.

I don’t think a lot of these people actually have mental health issues…some of course…this girl I think fully has issues & if she is “stalking” someone then I feel sorry for the guy and worried for him…I think she could hurt him or try too anyway. I heard what the officers were saying here…she did have a TPO filed against her from one of the officers and she can’t seem to let it go. She could be dangerous to him or someone in another relationship.

I’m a general practitioner so I would get her into a psychiatrist as soon as possible even try to get her admitted and on medications to get her stabilized. A good support system would also be important for her which I’m suspecting she might not have.

It's not. American cops are just plain imbociles. Handcuffing takes like 5 seconds. And there is no reason to handcuff her on the back. Even murderers like Thomas Hagan were not hundcuffed like that, let alone girl who wants to file a report. Just that one item, shows you it's a theater for idiuts... Luckily it only takes a couple of filings like that for the State to issue them a vexatious litigant complaint, meaning that they are basically trespassed from the courthouse unless summoned and any further filings - even via mail - will result in Contempt charges.
You can't even come to the courthouse as a witness or party to a crime as a vexatious litigant - they would still have to issue you a summons to show up.
Most vexatious litigants are mentally unhinged, though. Like there is a part of their brain that believes that the process didn't resolve in their favor so they try again and again and again. Which is - quite literally - the psychological definition of Insanity (but not the legal one. She has to prove she literally doesn't know right from wrong due to mental illness) .

I read the news report about this! She seems to be latching to whichever man she gets in contact with. This all started with an ex-boyfriend filing a restraining order against her in 2021. She violated that order and was arrested by the officer she has been filing complaints about in this video. She claims that that officer was harassing her. After this arrest, she is now harassing the officer that's wearing the body cam in this video! Besides this battery charge, she is also having a separate case litigated for harassing the other officer and the police department. She also has an IMDb (I just thought to sneak that in there). Note that this video was taken in 2022. She was arrested again for two counts of battery, resisting arrest, obstructing identification, and was arrested at 3:20 p.m. January 23, 2023. She was released on bond. No information if she's stalking the arresting officer at this time!

The female cop had the worst handcuff technique. How long did it take her to just get her handcuffs out of the case? And why 2 sets of cuffs??? She’s not obese..
The female cop was trying to act all calm and cool and act like this was just another routine arrest. You can tell she was trying so hard to make that look easy but she failed miserably.
I notice all these videos, they fumble with the Cuffs. I had a friend that was a Deputy in Klamath County, and she could snap a set of cuffs on you in a blink of an eye

She also sued Roosevelt University, Patch, and Visible. In 2023 (after this incident), she was charged with battery again after an argument over a movie. Mental health may be one cause here, but I don't know if that explains everything.

@@Yukinoomoni Because the false, frivolous reports are never ending and, in the long run, waste more time. Besides, cost isn't the determining factor when people are breaking the law. For example, it would be cheaper to let prisoners free than to incarcerate them.
@@culturematters4157 Doesn't matter. It's her civil right to report as much as she wants. They don't have to pursue, but they do need to record it. Otherwise, it's bacon behaviour. And yes, it's cheaper to file a report than it is to house a prisoner. It's also far less paperwork and scratches on arms.
