I don't think they're keeping it, they said he could come pick it up in the morning. It had legal documents in it that didn't belong to the driver, so the owner has to claim them. He just thought he was too good to wait till business hours.

Absolutely not. Green shirt officer had a shit attitude and came in hot with it. It set a terrible tone for respectful and productive communication. Calling him a dumbass and aggressively telling him to shut up are unacceptable. I expect way more emotional and professional discipline from an officer. The arrest absolutely could have been avoided.

I have absolutely talked myself and my brother out of being arrested. Helped I was in the same National Guard battalion of many of the state troopers and gave medical care to the one of them.

The cops did kind of instigate him , they could have just left but at the end when the cop pushed him when he didn’t do anything but talk crap was when the other cop knew his partner screwed up and said that’s it n started arresting him
