The officers were great. The female officer is the epitome of professionalism, communicative effectiveness, and exceptional patience. Stellar police work.
Fight cops in court not the street. It's so dumb. You never ever win that way. Plus it's juvenile to act like a baby like this. The cops weren't being shit here at all. Seriously, in court you might actually have a chance. Fighting on the side of the road will make things exponentially worse, and greatly diminish any chance of catching a break. Unfortunately, too many people think that getting into it with cops is like the lottery, and if they push the cops they'll be able to sue for a big payout.
@@jonathanfornwalt4919 ....He had no chance to fight this because he 100 percent was guilty. He was drunk off his ass and was driving. He was drunk and was swerving over the road. Once she noticed he was slurring, had blood shot eyes, and she smelled alcohol and told him to step out of the vehicle he legally could not refuse. Everyone has a lawyer. I practiced law years ago, and I don’t have a lawyer. When you get to jail, if they still allow people to make one call, you can call your attorney then. Or after whatever hours they make a person sober up you can make a call then. But noncompliance when you’re pulled over by, the police is called obstruction. When they request something, they’re not really asking you, you’re being told.

That's partly because half the cops are nasty thugs who should be behind bars. That's a big part of the problem, and they aren't held accountable. It's "self-entitlement" to some degree. But there is very little reason to respect most police. You'll continue with your present idea until one day some bad cop will wipe his feet on you in some way, because he gets a kick out of it. You will come away humiliated, hurt, and angry, like many have before you, but maybe you will finally gain a bit of understanding.
What about David Mascarella? I'd call it like it is if that was the case. And it's guys like this on a daily that end up making cops jaded over time and make things bad for the rest of us. Just chill, people.
