The officer who casually walked around the vehicle inspecting it was so slick and quick with his surprise of yanking the guy out of the car. Bravo!
Yeah! Less than two seconds to hit the lock release and have the door open before the guy could try to hold it.
That guy was *smooth*
That was smooth AF lol

This bumbaclot fake rastaman should get off the streets and join a reggae band, jamming some roots and making broke poor folk like me happy. Jah lives!
Did he say he was a colored under the law?
Every damn time. These Sovidiots are unemployed career criminals
Not always but it is on the bingo card
And once again they keep dropping charges which only encourages him to keep doing the same thing. DON'T DROP CHARGES THAT ARE LEGITIMATE!!!! STOP DOING THAT!!!! STOP KISSING THEIR ASS!!!
That was SMOOTH. Pretending to verify the VIN plate but actually looking where the door lock was. 🤣
Damn that move the cop did was slick

Absolutely! Good team!👍🙏

Yeah, that was smooth. I laughed too much at that. That SovCit never saw it coming.

The cop that unlocked the door was silky smooth
Oh my gosh YES!! I watched it ver and over! 😎
That was a slick move, he had no idea he was gonna be pulled out of the car. CLASSIC!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

So bizarre that people believe this can work with a cop.
$300??? Thats all his fine was?? Man...if he was in Australia he would have copped $3000 worth of fines for pulling that sht. He should consider himself lucky he lives in a country where traffic laws are so ... cheap.
Eh, depends on perspective. I work at a factory, make about $725 a week. 3 grand for a traffic ticket would kinda fuck me over for.... about 6 months with how my expenses are. Longer if I was renting a place closer to my job. Rent is insane everywhere for some reason.
i mean... the cop literally replied with "yes i am violating your rights" (even though he wasn't, and they are allowed to lie, if i was on a jury and this sovereign citizen had used deadly force to survive a cop audibly claiming to be corrupt lawfully arresting him, i'd still side with it being self-defense because you should rightfully fear for your life if the armed violent force of the civil government is doing anything to you while admitting (even though lying) that they are acting unlawfully while doing an aggravated kidnapping on you (though in reality it was a lawful arrest, the lies and frustration of the arresting officer caused him to claim that he was indeed violating his rights, making it reasonably appear as an actual armed kidnapping by a cop to this citizen, sovereign or not).
@@dizzlebizzle8424 Dude pled nolo contendere, or no contest. In short, while he got to avoid trial, he was at the mercy of the court to fine him based on some or all the infractions he got.
He ensured he wouldn't even go to trial, so that sort of defense wouldn't even reach a jury's eyes and ears.
Yeah but Australia is the worst at keeping criminals in jail, their sentences for rape and murder of a child, or just plain murder are a sick JOKE.
@@dizzlebizzle8424 You can be a doofus on a jury if you want, I suppose - but, the courts work under the premise of "reasonableness" - such as if this guy tried to sue for a violation of his rights, he would fail because a REASONABLE person would know that they were police officers executing a lawful arrest.
If you want to let a guy slide based on an unreasonable standard - go right ahead. Just don't go whining to us when he plows into you and you get to pay out of pocket or your own insurance because of his uninsured azz.
Dudes been arrested multiple times for this you’d think he’d realize it’s a crock of shit by now and this claim is not real defense 😂
Y entonces por que lo dejan libre? Que tiene dinero de sobra para pagar las multas? 😂😂😂
You have the right to freely travel. On foot. Driving is a priveledge that comes with responsibility!
@@ogox5673 see there’s this thing called the constitution which protects people from cruel and unusual punishment. You can’t keep him locked up forever for doing this. That’s why he goes free.
The Constitution has nothing to do with it. You MUST follow the law of the country, state and county you are in. If this dipstick hits a family in their minivan, he's got no insurance. Instead of just cutting him lose every time he gets arrested, they need to put maximum fines and jail time on him, impound the vehicle and not release it until he has a license, insurance and it's properly registered, charging storage EVERY DAY until he picks it back up. All of that IS constitutional and would be in accordance to the law. He might just wise up after he loses a few jobs, cars, all of his money etc...

Should have charged him with impersonating police
I hear that!
they dont have anything showing that he was trying to use the badge and he never claimed to be a LEO. He can play dress up all he wants
Or imoerssonating a sane person.
That’s not how posing as a police officer works. They would have to be able to prove that he was using that for personal gain or power/Authority.
In other words, if he’s wearing a uniform, and telling people what to do or if he’s showing a badge to someone to gather information illegally
Privilege of being blak is most the charges you have been arrested for will be dropped by the DA or judge for "equity"
This is a failure in the justice system. This man continues to get these same charges with no real repercussions and then goes out and does the same thing. Lock him up for a couple years and he might smarten up.
Instead of a $300.00 fine, ADD A COUPLE

So what he should be locked up for what? Life in prison? The USA locks up more people than anywhere on earth and it ain't even close. It costs billions and is basically a racket. I am not saying people shouldn't have consequences. but to say the USA doesn't lock up people is insane.
They are making money off his fees, if he's paying them
The 14th amendment says you can't have laws that apply to certain people and not others. That includes punishments. It could also easily be argued as cruel and unusual punishment. Being stupid isn't a crime, so if he wants to continue to donate to the state, so be it.
@@Mary_Beth_Reimer Given the cost of police officers' time, the prosecutor, the courts, etc. I doubt they are coming out ahead on this guy.
That second cop was slick as hell!
Why would he respect a supervisor? It’s just a delaying technique. Arrest, tow car, destroy car and send walking (which is the free way to travel everywhere) with a huge bundle of tickets.
This one has ALL the classic sovereign citizen fraud talking point. BUT producing fake identification is serious stuff.
The only thing missing was some kind of crap about his gender. I don't have to get out of my tansport, because I am an acorn not a human. You can't arrest an acorn!!!

They should freely admit he is a sovereign citizen and not beholden to the laws of the US. Ergo, he is not welcome within the borders of the sovereign territories of the USA (or its allies).
Instead he will be given transport to the one place on earth where no political power holds sovereign sway: *_ANTARCTICA._*
The US will even pay his way, charter him (and others under identical deportation status) a flight there. Their only requirement is they pay for the kit they'll need once they arrive. Sucks that they never have money but... them's the shakes, they're still going.

Every sovereign citizen type ive seen to date on badge cams has been someone with a revoked license. You never see these people touting this stupid idea until it "justifies" them doing what they've been legally bared from doing due to their own repeated mistakes.
Convenient.
You 100% do not need a license to travel in a vehicle on a roadway...You DO however need one to operate a motor vehicle on a roadway. A very simple thing these clowns never seem to understand.
the " travel law" they cite refers to beind able to move freely about the country, from state to state. it has nothing to do with operating a motor vehicle, also known as driving. I wish the cops would tell these idiots that if they want to travel without a license they can walk their ass down the side of the road. or take a bus.
@@mtnbound2764 Exactly. You are free to walk, take a bus, ride a horse, ride a bike, travel in any which way you want. If you choose to operate a motor vehicle, you do need a license and registration for the vehicle.
