The people that swear he’s high have never had a firsthand encounter with somebody experiencing full-blown psychosis. Some of the people on the unit I work for act like this every day no substance influencing their behavior.
Ironically these people themselves have devolved to such an invertebrate level of intelligence that they are either completely unwilling or actually incapable of seeing anyone acting out of the ordinary as a victim of circumstance, but rather as a malevolent actor.

I work in special education. There are people who are capable of both verbalizing their inner thoughts and simultaneously verbalizing their reaction to real-time events around them. The events will cause immediate verbalizing of new internal thoughts. When upset or agitated this goes fast and there’s not a lot of time to do it as “sensibly” or smoothly as they’d do when calm. The first cop seemed a little surprised to hear it, although he seemed ok with it. Perhaps just a difference in experience.
The only reason why they took him to the hospital is because I begged them to take him to the hospital so they can see for yourself that he was not on any drugs and alcohol so they took him and it was verified nothing in the system this is never happened before it never happened again it was absolutely terrifying and it don't make any sense

The physical aggression aspects of it is something else entirely. It’s sad.

He needs drug rehab. Mania isn't an on/off switch like that. Without treatment, manic episodes last months at a time, you don't suddenly snap out of it the next day in jail, he's just trying to hide the fact that he was doing some weird ass drugs.
My thoughts were that if it’s not drugs and it’s not alcohol then it must be a mental health issue.

"im allergic to pepper spray "😂😂😅😅😅
I respect the officer in charge. He says "Oh no.. hes going to the hospital". Obviously this guy is not in the right state of mind. 90% of cops would have took him to jail regardless of his current mental state.
That is what made me stop and think, "What?" Because I would have assumed that he would be taken to the hospital automatically due to his lack of ability to reason and his behavior.
