    If you do find this schedule a little too intensive for your players and you want to prevent injury, you could experiment with switching two of the sessions targeting mental attributes for Attacking Shadow Play and Defensive Shadow Play, which are quite low intensity sessions
    You could also try switching one of the physical sessions for a rest session, particularly later in the season when players may be more fatigued

    Double intensity, no rest. Watch the whole squad injured. Resign.

    You mention Aggression training. You can't improve a players aggression in FM
