      Awww I'm so glad you enjoyed the container that i held. Mina is such a special soul, it was easy for me to let the spotlight shine on her! ☀ We gridded the conversation in harmony and love by meditating together beforehand, so I think you definitely sensed that heart energy coming through ❤

    THANK YOU ladies for this video! All moms needed this live, motherhood is divine and very awakening life. I feel that I have grown more in the past 22 months being a mom than my whole 30 years of life hehe
    Motherhood gets to be fun and easy. Thank you Mina and Amanda.

    Not a mom , I’m a single woman but I can’t stand the idea of motherhood bc of how exhausting everyone seems to be !! I was like are these people trying to trick me into suffering with them . I now go with motherhood is supposed to be juicy juicy juicy and my children experience the overflow in my life !! amazing ! perspective switch !!! The only sacrifice I made was choosing the right provider !!! amazing !

    This video was amazing 😢. 👏🏾. I am in a strange position. I have two children, a 3 year old son and a two year old daughter. I am a stay at home mum and drained. We don't have any help, sadly. My mother, who I am close with, sat me down and told me she doesn't want to be a hands-on grandmother. My mother in law lives abroad. My sister lives two hours away. We don't have money issues but find good help is very hard. I don't want a stranger looking after my kids as we have heard stories that I just can't do it. I'm trying to make motherhood fun, but I'm just two tired. My husband helps when he can, but he works. My son had a cold a week ago, and it almost wiped me out.
    My mother was always there fun and confident. So, I never had a bad childhood or bad association with motherood. I Feel sad that my children always see a tierd mother.
    Believe me everyday I truly try to have a little time for myself. I'm trying not to sacrifice myself but I don't know how not to.

      Hi love, thanks for sharing your experience with us ❤ I feel you on this - my direct family that lives near us doesn't like to be very hands-on,and my husband's family lives abroad. My husband and I have decided not to enroll our baby in full time day care, so we don't have a lot of help. Things I'm doing right now that feel good are 1) connecting with a local mom's group that has a baby sitting co op. As I build relationships and trust with other moms, I'm hoping we can trade childcare for small chunks of time 2) We just signed up for a family membership at Lifetime gym, which offers 2 hours of child care a week while one of us enjoys the gyms' facilities. The truth is, we were meant to raise our babies in communities (not alone!), so it can be very difficult when there isn't a lot of support around a nuclear family. I also invite you to revisit your core beliefs about motherhood (as mentioned by Mina in this convo). Listen to your heart & take care of your nervous system - you are doing an amazing job mama. Raising babies is one of the most important jobs in the world 🥝🍓🍋

      @scienceandmagicwithamanda Thank you so much for responding to me it means a lot. I have never heard of gyms that do childcare. It's amazing 🏋️‍♀️ I live in the UK, so I will look into something similar. Thank you for your advice 🙏 I will be sure to take it.

    yes and that protective savage energy comes from
    masculine energy, to be on femenine energy you need to feel safe, if you don't feel safe you run on masculine energy, i ve done that as a woman living in mexico, being in my masculine energy is the way i feel safer

    • @scienceandmagicwithamanda

      yes, within every one of us lives a dynamic dance between masculine and feminine energy - the masculine can offer such a gift of strength & perseverance when we need it 🤍

    How can I get out of the the tid for tad vive when my husbands buy the grocery’s?. I feel like he expects me to cook in exchange for buying the groceries/food for us.
    I don’t mind cooking but I don’t want it to feel transactional.

    • @scienceandmagicwithamanda
      @scienceandmagicwithamanda  11 месяцев назад +4

      Hmm I feel like this is more of a question for Mina, as she specializes in marital relationships BUT how I might approach this is from inner work - instead of connecting to the timeline of transaction, connect to the timeline of generosity. Rather than focus on feeling like you HAVE to cook - link into the feeling of gratitude that you GET to cook for the husband that you love so much. Almost ignore him, focus on you and your joy of cooking. Then see what happens 💞

    when mina talks about how she comes with a problem with her husband and then he says oh its not a problem and then she relaxes, sounds just like when children come to their parents with a problem and then they tell them it's not a problem and then they relax, also mina being 10 years younger than her partner, makes it look to me like there is a father- child like protective energy in her marriage
