tbh, as a 31 yo INTJ, I have stopped play-typing people because others unfold in their personality over time. It something I missed in valuing others. Other people go threw sensitive life events that change who they are and assuming otherwise feels like a disservice to them. You are right about INTJ being hungry for knowledge. Like Socrates said, "know thyself". I have dated a few women who have nothing in common in terms of typology and it was nice. I realized why this is so because as I got older, my inferiors functions (to be relevant) Fi and Se developed more. I see the world around me as something equally valuable as my personal perspective (Ni). I found peace in doing the bare minimum in calling my mom at least twice a week. I may not be able to control the world, but I can at least control myself within the world.
I admit, I have learned how to identify other types but I always tell them that I could be wrong an that they should see for themselves if I am correct or incorrect. Also, I know not to type kids, they are still developing and there is no point. I have to say, when I learned I was INFJ, I couldn't just be okay with that. I had to keep going over more and more about it, and keep questioning myself regardless. After rechecked a million times I was finally satisfied with my answer that took over a year to arrive at. I know that INTJs have just as much depth as we INFJs have and I love how you guys can dive so deep from the beginning that most people aren't comfortable with it.
You've fallen for a common pattern: Stereotyping people and pigeonholing them into one of the sixteen types. Myers Briggs terminology itself is vague, and the functions, the blocks upon which these types are built on are dubiously defined. Not good enough let alone accurate enough to base your worldview of people on.
Very refreshing and balanced take on this. I too am fatigued by people who want to be a certain type or don’t understand how it works. That completely misses the point of self-awareness and self-improvement that this is supposed to help with.

Point should be self mastery which includes how to understand and get along with others that are differently wired from ourselves. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5) It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6) Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7) It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8) Love never fails. I view MBTI as a rough tool to better understand others' likely tendencies. Each personality group is a big bucket. One introvert is not the same as another. Also, introverts can acquire social skills that may make them appear to be extroverts. I think MBTI and other personality tests have become a rabbit hole for many fans - they try to use test results to understand all of the inner mysteries instead of getting to know the actual specific person. Having said that, when I connect easily with someone, it often turns out that they fit a specific MBTI type.
Literally have a song with my mastering guy right now that imagines an ENTP as a wind elemental enjoying the cross-pollination of conifers. So what I'm saying is: blame your shadow type for the pollen count. 🙂
I don't appear in the Myers Briggs 16 personalities. It's a frustrating system that buckets too much based on one specific avenue of personality. Discovered astrology; turns out I've got lots of oppositions in my chart which is why I don't fit into any specific type because I strongly relate to two opposite personality types, and have both going on simultaneously in various elements of my life. Anyone who wants to understand their personality should just go to astrology where there's actually room for nuance.

What I've learned from the Cognitive Functions beyond Myers Briggs is that you can imitate similar personality traits and tendencies from other types. For example, I'm an INTJ soon reaching 30, but thanks to my family and connections, I have been leaning to develop my blindspot Extraverted Feeling (7th cognitive function) because it tends to trip me up a lot in my relationships when I don't understand why it is my blindspot in the first place. Extraverted Feeling (Fe) is a cognitive function that focuses a person onto the feelings of the room, of other people, and using one's feelings to make an impact in the outer world. Learning to hone this more and more helped me to understand that manners do matter in relationships, that I should be aware not to be stepping on other people's feelings because for an INTJ truth matters more or productivity matters more or my own feelings matter more, etc. Because of this, I continue to become this INTJ who has learned to be respectful and kind to loved ones and strangers in an active way that moves the people in the room, instead of an INTJ who passively engages in social situations and becomes someone emotionally detached and aloof and somewhere lost in our heads. But it's not easy for me. It's exhausting. Sometimes I think I'm mistyped and maybe I'm an ISFJ for caring so much about Fe like it's my co-pilot or a cognitive function tool, but nah. I know I only care about other people's feelings only because it helps structures my life better by solving relationship conflicts and dramas instead of waiting it to fade away like I normally do. My Te (2nd function) likes a structured life. So yes, any personality type can find themselves relating to other types so closely. It doesn't surprise me you turned to astrology to find nuance in it. But the thing is, the Cognitive Functions actually do have nuance. The goal when using it is not to place yourself in a box, but rather to transcend beyond it.
I recommend you continue your understanding of typology. You still have a LOOOOONG way to go. A lot of what you said is right, but mostly wrong. I can tell there's so much you don't know about cognitive functions, sub-types, type roles, group values, and etc. First off, Palpatine is an INFJ, not an INTJ. He shows a ton of Fe. Second, INTJs are not world dominators, that title belongs to the ESTP or ENTJ . There aren't many (or any) INTJ kings or rulers. There are no INTJs raiding a castle or something. I hate that silly title for the INTJ. What's next, INTPs are military leaders? Here's a tip, combine a tone of other typology systems, listen to other (competent) youtubers, and read many typology books. Do that FIRST, then upload your opinions. Because you're find yourself deleting your videos in the future for how wrong they are.
I make fun of stereotypes and do not believe any personality type is a world dominator, persay. Nor do I believe that typing fictional characters can ever be accurate. They're more so used to make a point about something. Thank you for your advice, but due to the nature of my videos and why I began posting, I'll have no reason to remove them or fear others disagreeing with me. I fully expect for others to have different perspectives and opinions. That's the point.

Ah! But......get into home DIY, particularly landscaping and exterior upgrades, and gardening! Get your neighbors conditioned to "he talks and can carry on a conversation but not often and only when he wants; besides that he's nice guy" kind of mode and your sunshine issue has been solved. Nobody comes here without an invite and I don't invite often. Anyone else not invited (salesman and the like) soon gets an uncomfortable feeling and reads it's time to go. I don't hide my nonverbal communication on my own sanctuary. Oh, and one feeling INTJs don't have a problem expressing externally is frustration. It's an introverts dream scenario. Grab some Benadryl and you're set.
