Sasuke has a personal connection with Orochimaru who is not just a ninja but a meticulous scientist like Amado, not only that but, Orochimaru seem to always know more about things that, quite frankly he shouldn't been able to know. His First uncounter with Boruto in the anime he made reference about Boruto being like Naruto. To but things into perspective he was the one who influenced Mitsuki's attachment to Boruto in the beginning, so if Sasuke during the timeskip had to use one of Orochimaru's hideout for a little while then some exchange of information might've taken place... There's more but you see where I'm going.

Mitsuki's form is Sage Transformation, not Sage Mode. Fusion is the result of particles colliding together, used up as fuel for a reaction, creating massive energy as a byproduct. Sage Mode does not use up one's own chakra to maintain, on the contrary, stamina is actually one of its greatest aspects so long as one can maintain the natural energy for it. Heat is not the reason one requires massive chakra for Sage Mode, it is because of the concerns over the petrifying effect. Meanwhile, Baryon Mode just kills one of the fuel sources. The Eight Gates Released Formation is not the same as Baryon Mode as the former has no chakra reaction. Neither of them are also just heating up the user to the maximum for the sake of a power-up, as that is actually Boil Release, which Naruto used against Kaguya, which is distinct. Mitsuki's horn is supposed to evoke a dragon as Kabuto's Sage Mode/Transformation was noted to evolve from a snake into a dragon, not the Jūbi. Kabuto and Jūgo also had similar facial markings.
Mitsuki is stated to have sage mode as well as sage transformation by Orochimaru himself in the Mitsuki one shot. Heat leads to more chakra chakra consumption as the particles burn away at a faster rate. It’s a basic principle of the fusion process in general. Eight gates is literally stated by madara to be a form that heats up the user’s chakra to high temperatures which leads to them burning away, causing the red vapor. When is Sage Mode referred to in Mitsuki Gaiden? Yes, and that "burning" does not apply to Sage Mode/Transformation (or Boil Release). The chakra is not what is heated up in the Eight Gates Formation, it is the body itself which also accelerates the flow of chakra. Boil Release is what raises the chakra to the boiling point. The video is the one that seems to miss how Boil Release and senjutsu actually work.
To be fair, prior in the prologue scene, i think kawaki activated his karma first. So basically, it's karma amped kawaki first vs base boruto firts, before boruto activated his karmam that's being said boruto is stonger than kawaki. And he's going go bury kawaki to the ground.

Minato is still very powerful, but does not possess the raw power and physical ability to kill an individual with a single punch or kick, rather opting for swift throat slashes with his Kunai after teleporting within striking distance of his opponent, and killing them in an assassin like fashion, making him one of the most skilful life Enders during his time, as that’s insane considering the 8 tails jinchuuriki, the Raikage , and other powerful Shinobi were his rivals during his lifetime. Fatigue will accumulate slower than using normal chakra, case in point is Naruto and sasuke fight after the war, Naruto with the help of kurama collected an enormous amount of nature chakra that even sasuke was asking him self where the hell Naruto got that much chakra from. But after the fight ended Naruto was visibly fatigued....just like normal chakra I think there is am amount of sage chakra that a user will use that the body won't be able to take it any longer
Naruto used all of that chakra to counter Indra arrow, which is why they had little chakra left and went to brawling. This doesn’t prove that sage mode doesn’t give you unlimited stamina while using sage mode.

I believe Toneri and Orochimaru worked together To create an individual that can Protect Boruto and Stand alongside him In the events that Toneri foresaw to come, this is why Mitsuki talks to the moon where Toneri just happens to reside, and is similar in appearance to Toneri. Its likely Orochimaru recovered the broken puppets that Toneri sent to earth to capture hanabi and through them, Toneri took an interest in working with orochimaru after witnessing what his science is capable of, and gave orochimaru powers of the otsusuki through his chakra that he can channel through his puppets so that orochimaru could take said chakra and use alongside his other research to create mitsuki. Jutsu and tactics in Naruto have always been the equalizer/ bridge for weaker characters to beat stronger characters. This is one of the things that makes Naruto's power system is so dope and important to the narrative. And narratively speaking, it's already been foreshadowed that Mitsuki's power up will be troublesome for anyone(Otsutsuki included). I don't think think Boruto will just walk all over Mitsuki, unless he is going all out.

This seems to be 100% head canon you're using to excuse momoshiki getting absolutely bodied by sasuke and weakened less than 50% kurama Naruto. Momoshiki had no limitations on his powers while Naruto and sasuke couldn't use theirs because he would absorb them. Even then, he lost his 1v1 taijutsu vs naruto in both the anime and manga, then got one tapped by a fusion sword. He powered up again on chakra from a ninja tool and then absorbed the 50% chakra he stole from kurama, and still lost sasuke and boruto. There's no way Momoshiki doesn't know basic chakra chakra when he has literally existed for over a thousands years and could easily handled massive amounts of chakra. When he said the inferior creatures saved him from punishing her himself. Even the Wiki stated this. And as for the issue of strength Urashiki referred to Momoshiki and Kinshiki as his superiors and Kinshiki referred to Momoshiki as his lord. Isshiki was more powerful than Kaguya but lost to her by being ambushed. As we all know being powerful is all required to win a battle, we have the tactical aspect when momoshiki failed at because he was suffering from a superiority complex. Momoshiki is Powerful but he was always referred to as being lazy and was completely different from Isshiki who was always tactical and time cautious due to his vessel (Jigen) limitation. With regards to the chakra control and implementation, it is on wiki on his personality slide. I tried looking for the exact reference on the manga but couldn't find any.. Either ways. To be fair on momoshiki, jigen absorb ten tails chakra before clapping naruti and sasuke, and that ten tails is the origin of shinju, which basically on par on ishiki level.
I think that Mitsuki's body is made from the ten tails husk (Gedo Statue or the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path). It was stated that Orochimaru stole a sample of the statue before leaving the Akatsuki. Mitsuki's body works the same way as the statue which was used as a container for the tailed beasts who are natural energy.

And contrary to what many people believe momoshiki never used kurama chakra that he took from Naruto in that fight he only used his chakra pills he had before that time, this is not my opinion its facts . We all saw the destruction level of Momoshiki could just from absorbing chakra from ninja tools, so if he had used kuramas chakra that fight would have been much more destructive...and another reason is the momoshiki aim for coming to earth was to use the ten Tails to create a chakra fruit so it would be crazy for him to use up the chakra needed to make the ten Tails In that fight

Sasuke has a personal connection with Orochimaru who is not just a ninja but a meticulous scientist like Amado, not only that but, Orochimaru seem to always know more about things that, quite frankly he shouldn't been able to know. His First uncounter with Boruto in the anime he made reference about Boruto being like Naruto. To but things into perspective he was the one who influenced Mitsuki's attachment to Boruto in the beginning, so if Sasuke during the timeskip had to use one of Orochimaru's hideout for a little while then some exchange of information might've taken place... There's more but you see where I'm going.
I doubt it since I don’t think that information is just laying around is some unused lab. Even if it was, it wouldn’t have an accurate guage of Mitsuki’s power level.

Mitsuki's form is Sage Transformation, not Sage Mode.
Fusion is the result of particles colliding together, used up as fuel for a reaction, creating massive energy as a byproduct. Sage Mode does not use up one's own chakra to maintain, on the contrary, stamina is actually one of its greatest aspects so long as one can maintain the natural energy for it.
Heat is not the reason one requires massive chakra for Sage Mode, it is because of the concerns over the petrifying effect. Meanwhile, Baryon Mode just kills one of the fuel sources.
The Eight Gates Released Formation is not the same as Baryon Mode as the former has no chakra reaction. Neither of them are also just heating up the user to the maximum for the sake of a power-up, as that is actually Boil Release, which Naruto used against Kaguya, which is distinct.
Mitsuki's horn is supposed to evoke a dragon as Kabuto's Sage Mode/Transformation was noted to evolve from a snake into a dragon, not the Jūbi. Kabuto and Jūgo also had similar facial markings.
Mitsuki is stated to have sage mode as well as sage transformation by Orochimaru himself in the Mitsuki one shot. Heat leads to more chakra chakra consumption as the particles burn away at a faster rate. It’s a basic principle of the fusion process in general. Eight gates is literally stated by madara to be a form that heats up the user’s chakra to high temperatures which leads to them burning away, causing the red vapor. Boruto possesses the same qualities, He defeated code with a highly advanced Ninjutsu that seems to function in a very complex way, that breaks the target down over time as well as disorienting them indefinitely until they die or the user deactivates the jutsu, and flying Raijin to hop through dimensions as well as evade attacks and put himself in a position to strike.
Boruto out-skilled code , he didn’t overpower him. Boruto evaded attacks Kawaki couldn’t because he is more skilled, not because he is more powerful, Boruto nullified Mitsukis early attacks and evaded him, because he had the skill to do so, his true power levels aren’t known yet

2) sage chakra doesn't give unlimited stamina. Fatigue will accumulate slower than using normal chakra, case in point is Naruto and sasuke fight after the war, Naruto with the help of kurama collected an enormous amount of nature chakra that even sasuke was asking him self where the hell Naruto got that much chakra from. But after the fight ended Naruto was visibly fatigued....just like normal chakra I think there is am amount of sage chakra that a user will use that the body won't be able to take it any longer
Naruto used all of that chakra to counter Indra arrow, which is why they had little chakra left and went to brawling. This doesn’t prove that sage mode doesn’t give you unlimited stamina while using sage mode.

Jutsu and tactics in Naruto have always been the equalizer/ bridge for weaker characters to beat stronger characters. This is one of the things that makes Naruto's power system is so dope and important to the narrative. And narratively speaking, it's already been foreshadowed that Mitsuki's power up will be troublesome for anyone(Otsutsuki included). Your power scaling comparison was dope till you said Momoshiki is weaker than Jigen, an imperfect vessel now that's a slap. Except you mean to say Jigen is stronger than Kaguya.
Firstly Momoshiki prior to consuming Kinshiki was stated to be stronger than Kaguya and single destroyed an entire world although it was less civilized than naruto's. Momoshiki was in a battle with Sasuke, Naruto and the rest Kage. Which for some reasons you ignored. Momoshiki consumed the Kinshiki to evolved, and after successfully knocking out the kages in one go, got cornered by Sasuke and Naruto. Not because they were more powerful than him but because he was reckless in his power usage and wasn't even applying chakra control because of his absorption abilities. (as per manga)
But the case of jigen is different he wasn't randomly spaming jutsus and he had buffers from the tentails and was more cautious of his chakra control and ability usage. I'm not saying Momoshiki is Stronger than Isshiki or Isshiki is stronger than Momoshiki. I'm just saying Momoshiki definitely surpasses Jigen by far in Power. Regardless I'm low key expecting Mitsuki to give Boruto a tough match due to plot twist. But we'll definitely find out this month

This seems to be 100% head canon you're using to excuse momoshiki getting absolutely bodied by sasuke and weakened less than 50% kurama Naruto. Momoshiki had no limitations on his powers while Naruto and sasuke couldn't use theirs because he would absorb them. Even then, he lost his 1v1 taijutsu vs naruto in both the anime and manga, then got one tapped by a fusion sword. He powered up again on chakra from a ninja tool and then absorbed the 50% chakra he stole from kurama, and still lost sasuke and boruto. There's no way Momoshiki doesn't know basic chakra chakra when he has literally existed for over a thousands years and could easily handled massive amounts of chakra.

When he said the inferior creatures saved him from punishing her himself. Even the Wiki stated this. And as for the issue of strength Urashiki referred to Momoshiki and Kinshiki as his superiors and Kinshiki referred to Momoshiki as his lord. Isshiki was more powerful than Kaguya but lost to her by being ambushed. As we all know being powerful is all required to win a battle, we have the tactical aspect when momoshiki failed at because he was suffering from a superiority complex. Momoshiki is Powerful but he was always referred to as being lazy and was completely different from Isshiki who was always tactical and time cautious due to his vessel (Jigen) limitation. With regards to the chakra control and implementation, it is on wiki on his personality slide. I tried looking for the exact reference on the manga but couldn't find any.. Either ways. I think that Mitsuki's body is made from the ten tails husk (Gedo Statue or the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path). It was stated that Orochimaru stole a sample of the statue before leaving the Akatsuki. Mitsuki's body works the same way as the statue which was used as a container for the tailed beasts who are natural energy.

1) momoshiki is stronger than jigen. Jigen used ten Tails chakra to amp his strength in that fight. And contrary to what many people believe momoshiki never used kurama chakra that he took from Naruto in that fight he only used his chakra pills he had before that time, this is not my opinion its facts . We all saw the destruction level of Momoshiki could just from absorbing chakra from ninja tools, so if he had used kuramas chakra that fight would have been much more destructive...and another reason is the momoshiki aim for coming to earth was to use the ten Tails to create a chakra fruit so it would be crazy for him to use up the chakra needed to make the ten Tails In that fight
