Saki died as he lived. A monster destroying everything around him in a failed attempt to satisfy his grudge against Yoshi.
In The Mind Of A Villain: Megatron (Transformers)
This is the best live action TMNT movie ever made and forever more! 👍👍
This is what the newer movie sorely lacked. There was no relationship between splinter and the shredder. Splinter was always the link between the tutles and the shredder
How dare you disrespect the shredder
Definitely need a Shredder movie. It should follow the exact way in the original comic book.
Shredder! So awesome you selected him.
I also see shredder wanting to conquer the city the his hated foe and old flame thought could protect them from him. A last insult to them
In the mind of a villain: heihachi mishima (tekken)
I forgot how good this movie was.
Shredder from TMNT 2012 is my favorite version! He's basically Captain Ahab from the book Moby Dick. Which makes Master Splinter his White Whale.
How this reveal of a character is finally revealed half way through the film.. the build up, voice, shadows… best villain intro
I wouldn't say that Yoshi was 'far superior' to Saki, they were considered rivals(implying an equality of skills) Splinter had several advantages over Saki in the rooftop encounter.
nicely done. You should do Shredder from TMNT 03.
The 1990 TMNT film is definitely superior compared to other adaptations in my opinion. I think it's because it tries to be more like the comic book rather than the cartoon. Plus Jim Henson's turtle costumes and puppetry were just perfect!
Thank you for doing my suggestion I really hope you do emperor Belos next he’s also a Narcissis and has a few face deformities as well.
In the comic book, it was Oroku Nagi who had the jealousy when Tang Shen favored Hamato Yoshi more. Enraged, Nagi raped Shen stating that if he can’t have her, no one will. This made Yoshi lose control over himself and killed Nagi. But that was a big mistake; Yoshi killed another member in the Foot Clan and was faced with two options: 1) either ritually kill himself to redeem his honor, or 2) leave Japan and never return. Yoshi took the latter and went to America to start a new life with Tang Shen. In New York, Yoshi ran a karate school which thrived. In Japan, the Oroku family mourned Nagi’s death, including Nagi’s 7 year old brother Saki. Saki swore on Nagi’s grave that he will find Yoshi and kill him. The Foot Clan made Saki go through 11 years of hell, turn him into the Foot Clan’s most deadliest assassin. When he became 18, the leaders of the Foot Clan sent Saki to America to take control of the New York Foot Clan faction. Saki used this as an opportunity to kill Yoshi. Saki quickly built the New York branch of the Foot into a criminal powerhouse involved in many illegal activities; from drug smuggling and arms running to their specialty of assassination. But he never forgot his goal, and after a time he tracked Yoshi and Tang down, and set his vengeance into motion. While Yoshi was away at work, Saki broke into his apartment and murdered Tang Shen. Saki lay in wait until Yoshi returned home. As Hamato walked through the door he saw his dead wife and her murderer Oroku Saki, who proclaimed himself to be the Shredder. A great big fight broke out and Shredder killed Yoshi. Unbeknownst to Shredder, Yoshi’s pet rat, Splinter, survived the attack. One day while scavenging for food, Splinter witnessed a near accident when a TCRI truck drove by, and a strange canister flew out of its hold. The container struck a young man in the head, bounced off of the pavement and smashed into a boy's aquarium filled with turtles. The shattered glass, canister and turtles all fell into an open manhole cover, dropping into the murky sewer below. The metal container held some strange chemical, and when it hit the floor of the sewer it broke, bathing the Turtles in its glowing ooze. Splinter, curious, went to see what had become of the turtles. He collected them into a coffee can and cleaned the goo off of them as best he could. The next day the wise rat found that he and the Turtles were mutating... becoming more human-like with each passing day. Eventually the turtles spoke, and Splinter began to set his own plan for vengeance into motion. He began training the turtles in the art of ninjutsu that he had learned from Hamato Yoshi. He named each Turtle after a famous Renaissance artist, whose names he had found in an old book forsaken in the sewer. By the time the Turtles became 13, Splinter sent them to find and kill Oroku Saki, the Shredder, for the death of Hamato Yoshi.
