    looking at this - and I haven't created a form in 2 years now - the ability to import your own corporate background image and really customise your form is basically gone?

    Hi, thank you this very useful information, i have a question, is there a way to change the colors for the responses, like if we have yes/no question, the yes will be red on the chart and the no be blue, can we revers it and have the yes show as blue?

    Hi Scott, I like to add workflow to my forms towards Planner, but I can't find the forms ID ... and I like to use Sharepoint lists ... but can't find how to see various columns, but only register one of those at the submission :-) can you help me?

    How do you make the OPEN WITH EXCEL option accessible, at the moment on my form it's greyed out?

      I’d check with another browser to see if it’s something locally preventing it working 😊

    This is really useful thanks so much, Scott.
    Can I just ask in the question types, you seem to have the option in the dropdown for Upload a File but I don't have that option which would be really useful - is it only available at certain subscription levels for 365?

      Thanks for your great feedback.
      This shouldn’t be limited based on a license but rather it’s not available if you have a Form that allows anyone in the world to fill it in. The ability to attach files to Forms is only available via ‘File upload is only available when “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” is the selected setting’ in the Form Collector options.
      This is mainly because of the mechanisms that Forms uses to store its attachments but also it could be quite dangerous to allow anyone in the world to upload files into your IT environment 😄
      Hope that helps?

      That's interesting, thanks Scott. I was trying to create a form for someone else to use as a template - so it seems I can't use that feature as an individual user I guess...it has to be in a workplace/organisational setting where 365 is used instead. So I'll need to give them instructions on how to add that question themselves. Thanks again for clarifying, that's helpful 👍🏻

    Amazing tutorial. Is there a way to add an e-signature in a Microsoft Form?

    • @your365coach
      @your365coach  7 месяцев назад

      Sadly not, as it would require a Workflow of some type but even that is challenging as you would need to export a copy and then send it via DocuSign or Adobe Sign and that would be challenging 😥

    My collect response give me only everyone can answer option, any help.

    • @your365coach
      @your365coach  7 месяцев назад

      It may be due to a licensing requirement being this: ‘Only people in my organization can respond and Specific people in my organization can respond options are only available for Office 365 Education and Microsoft 365 Apps for business users’
      Therefore id just check your license in the first instance 😄
