I have only treated adults and adolescents with Bell’s palsy. I am not as familiar with the condition in infants. For that, I would consult more of a paediatric specialist who uses Acupuncture for such conditions.
I have facial paralysis on my left side on my face do u recommend acupuncture and will it help or should I have surgery my left eye also does not close when I blink please help need advise
Without assessment its difficult to be definitive. however, in general Acupuncture and or electroc, you puncture have been showing to be helpful in the Rehabilitation of nerve injury. I would suspect it would be a good alternative to try before having surgery.

how long the recovery with this method?
it depends on how long the person has had the palsy. Spontaneous facial palsy s that get treatment asap will resolve in 2-3 weeks.
