THESE EXERCISES SAVED ME! I got Bell’s palsy about 3 months ago at 19 years old which was the scariest moment of my life! My mom thought I was having a stoke but the doctors said it was Bells Palsy. I was scared, panicking, and thought my face would stay that way forever. I got prescribed my medicine and took my B12 vitamins consistently along with doing these Bell’s palsy facial exercise videos EVERY DAY at every moment I could!!!! When I woke up, in my free time, and at night. I healed from Bells Palsy in about 2 weeks. It is scary but you have to have HOPE!!! I thought I was going to stay that way forever which stressed me out and caused a lot of anxiety, but I’m here to tell you that you won’t stay that way forever and do these exercises as much as you can! I hope this helps at least one person❤️ I fully recovered in 2 weeks and I think it’s because of the medicine of course, these exercises, & REST.

Thank you for these exercises! I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy in May of 2023 and was given steroids and antiviral medication. Along with my facial nerve my left ear was ringing and my left eye lid would not close. It's now November 2023 and my facial nerve is coming back and I have about 70% movement in my face back and my left eye lid will mostly close and still have some ringing in ear but much improved. I feel like a had a bad case of Bells Palsy, and just tried to stay positive and move through it. For the ones that think it will not heal, just give it time and keep doing these exercises twice a day, and you will see improvement. Thank you for taking the time to put these exercises together!

I cannot thank you enough for posting this video. I am 44 and was diagnosed with B.P on Dec.3. I did these exercises 2x/day everyday. In the beginning it was tough because I couldn’t do any of them. I kept at it and slowly everyday I would see a little progress. It’s not quite 2 months & I’m back to myself. They say medications play a big role, I had both steroid and anti virals. But I believe it’s equally important to get these face muscles moving as soon as possible. With all my ❤️ Thank You! First time I got Bell’s palsy I was 22 8 month pregnant didn’t took the medication 💊 because didn’t wanted to hurt my baby and in 2007 I didn’t know how to get informed. I got it again in 2017 took the steroid and recover from that one but still had the effects from my first one which I never recover fully only 50 percent. Yesterday May 14 I noticed that I couldn’t close my left eye on my own. So rushed to the hospital and yes Bell’s palsy again this morning took my first doses of prednisone and I hope to God I can go back to the 50%of the movement I had left . It’s hard and depressing but we have to be strong and do our best. This situations help us appreciate the little things like being able to feel your face. Hopefully all of us get well and fully recover from this or at least 50% of our mobility🙏🏾. God’s willing!

I developed Bell's Palsy after going to the dentist in the beginning of March 2020. It has been almost 10 weeks with me trying various interventions including steroids, warm compresses, acupuncture, facial exercises, neurologist, TENS stimulation, etc... However, after completing my first set of the exercises in your video, I believe I feel a difference. My goal is to complete them 2-3 times a day. I have faith that I will be 100% healed in the near future. Thank you:)

Thank you for these exercises. Very helpful. Day seven of Bell's Palsy. Also helpful is electro accupuncture and chiropractic adjustment by SOT Chiropractor. Most important is staying calm and relaxed and sending correct thoughts to the physical body, "I am healing. I will be okay. Everything will be fine." The physical body responds to your thoughts. They must be healing thoughts.

Diagnosed with bells June 25th, prescribed meds, now that they are long gone with no change in the condition, I've began taking, B supplements, Zinc, echinacea, elderberry, massaging with castor oil.. Symmetry returned, eye on affected side began producing tears August 14th, the nostril a couple days after that.. Still can't fully open my mouth, also no eyebrow or nostril movement yet.. I'm excited to report back like so many other viewers that these exercises were a godsend! 🙏🏽 🙏🏽 I can't imagine looking like this forever! 😅😩 😵‍💫

I know this can be very frustrating at the beginning! First time I did this I cried because nothing worked out and everything looked stupid in my head.
My doctor explained to me that I have to do the exercises so the muscles on my affected side are active. It's been 6 days and I started cortisone therapy yesterday. Hoping for a quick recovery and wishing everyone here a quick recovery 💞

Just my medicine today. I don't feel like going outside much so I am going to be doing these exercises every day. Probably more than once. Thank you for the video. Right now I taped my eyebrow up with medical tape so it not drooping on my eyelash. I hold onto hope and I like to think that when I make it to the other side of this horrible experience, I will have learned a valuable life lesson as to count my blessings and not take anything for granted in life. We all think something like Bells Palsy can not happen to us but it can.

Hello, I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy literally 19 years ago. I would say 65 percent of my face came back but the left side never fully recovered all of the way. I’ve been led by God to believe for full healing after all these years as crazy as it sounds. Do you believe these exercises will help even all these years later?

Thankyou so much for sharing this, it helped me a lot. I got fully recovered by daily exercising, medication and physio.
And for anyone who is reading this and currently going through the same condition do not panic and have patience, exercise regularly and eat properly. The recovery takes some time, so hang in there and don't lose hope, you'll be fine. :)

Thank you so much. I'm 44 and was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy Monday. Medications are not yet working. These exercises have given me so much hope, relief and the education I needed. This is a very depressing and surprisingly exhausting condition and recovery and I have broken many bones so it's not an overstatement. Blessings Blessings Blessings

Half my face stood still and I knew it was Bell's Palsy and tried many other medicines from google or many doctors but nothing seems to materialize. I couldn't speak normally nor could smile, nor could blink my left eye. While surfing the net I came across @ that gave me Bell's Palsy Care Pack and some diet tips which I obliged sincerely. I could feel the muscles switching in the 1st week itself and now I am absolutely fine after 6 months. Thanks!

      Hi gugu,
What is this Care Pack? I have Bells Palsy and am looking for a way to cure it.
Btw, question: when you had Bells Palsy was there absolutely no movement or did you have some movement on one side of the face?

I was diagnosed on may 5 2020, these videos have helped a lot. I felt that I got move facial movements 2 days after using a tens unit to shock the face. I can now drink and eat better , my smile is a 95% recovered. Only issue is my left eye lid won’t close all the way. Dr is telling me to wait 3 more months and if it doesn’t get better then there is always an eyelid surgery to help the eye close. Good luck everyone and I wish you all a speedy recovery.

It's been two years since I have this disease and I still suffer from it, I went to the doctor when I was injured but I think the doctor prescribed me the wrong treatment or because of the electrotherapy because I heard that it is not good for this disease and also chewing gum،I did not go to the doctor after that, I will try these exercises and ask God to heal
