it's weird because i've made this recipe 3 times already. This time, i used cream and made buttermilk using that and for some reason, instead of a sticky dough, i got normal kind of scone/biscuit dough that you shape and cut into wedges. Why did this happen, i used milk before and it's like your dough and this time it's different.

More sugar will affect the shape after baking, might become flat, u can add more honey butter on top after baking
