This video was really helpful! I have one question though. Do macrophages not use oxidative burst? I have looked at a few other resources and they seem to say that they do but to a lesser extent than neutrophils.
They are correct

Are anaerobic bacteria but why ?
The oxygen removed electrons are removed from the bacteria
