Either way if you're not racing there's no point in bragging or taking sides, you just drive what you like or can afford.

Big fan of your channel but this needs some further commenting. Indeed it was illegal, that easily happens, but it was also dangerous and that’s not so good for our community of drivers. Just like racing or TF on the ring, there are rules of the road, but also some unwritten rules for ’advanced’ or ’performance’ driving on the road to keep things safe and enjoyable in the long run.
Here are mine (writing the unwritten ;) ) :
    1) Your driving history/resumé doesn’t matter, you’re never a better driver than in the moment, and drivers make mistakes. Good to keep in mind.
    2) Drive 100% on visual confirmation that the road is free and will remain free from forseeable obstacles (hidden side roads, crests and dips) without preconceptions. Preconceptions are: usually nobody is behind this bend, the road is there, I know this road (before… ), I’m on a priority road so others should stop, etc. No guessing, no assumptions, only 100% visual confirmation.
2b) Always drive a public road like it's the first time you drive it
    3) Slow down immediately if you can’t see the road is free. Don't take the risk! Logical consequence of rule 2 but still stating it. Good opportunity to test braking/grip.
    4) … because if there is an obstacle, you must be able to avoid it and if that isn’t possible, stop completely. Which is the reason for nr. 2)
    5) Slow down when there are houses nearby. People live and move there. Out of respect, safety but also when they complain, it can be negative for our driving freedoms.
    6) Slow down for oncoming traffic. We easily rely they will stay in their lane. But you can’t be sure as they aren’t part of our ’fun’ and can do erratic things (phones, nice view etc) and if things go bad, head on collisions become so much worse with more speed. I’ve had normal drivers suddenly in my lane 3x in 23 yrs of driving. Not very often but it happens… (this vid ok but still stating it)
6b) Avoid really silly speeds, it's acceleration and bends that are fun
    7) Consider that someone not following these rules may come from the other direction. Keep that in mind in the 100% visual…(this is not WRC)
    1:09 1:41 2:30 3:23 4:39 8:05 are not so good… didn’t mind the rest ;)
After seeing this vid, my answer is... What would a m340i do? (5 seat 4wd also)
Drive safe and... enjoy where possible!

The Tesla understeers more into corners with front tyres squealing and the Mercedes oversteers with the rear swinging out. AMG is quicker from corner to corner as on some long stretches it builds up quite some distance from the Model 3. Very dangerous racing and a bit reckless on a narrow mountain road

The AMG exiting corners onto the wrong side of the road clearly has no way of staying on the correct side should there be an oncoming car beccause he has entered and existed the corner too fast. If you are going to drive fast don't push yourself or the car. I's people like you that give spirited driving a bad name. From my perspective, this was "dangerous" but also safe. Both drivers understood the potential of their cars. The Tesla driver actually wasn't too slow, you could tell he was purposely trying to give the AMG some distance just in case. The AMG is dangerously but also the driver seems to be checking for oncoming traffic. You can tell in the beginning he always gets back into the proper lane for upcoming blind corners. I'm not promoting this, I'm simply saying that this was very fun to watch and because it was done by professionals, no one was hurt in the making. This RUclipsr isn't promoting "illegal drift battles" either, he's just filming exciting content. For European drivers who drive on roads like this on a regular basis, I'm sure they understand the dangers of drifting out of corners.
Obviously, us normal viewers shouldn't and probably wouldn't be doing this kind of stuff. As stated in the description, both drivers are professional drivers, so we all understand how skilled they are. But it's always nice to see and respect other people's skills.
