      Oh yeah I just use a good old tape measure. Set it to 1/8” toe in and the caster around 5-6°

    You do great work and easily one of my favorite youtubers bro!!! Can I make a suggestion. When you heat up cast to weld to it, it's also very important to cool it down slowly. We used to wrap the axle into a fiberglass blanket then regular blankets, that way it slowly cools down. You're going to be fine but just as FYI for next time. Id love to wheel with ya sometime. I'm by Ocotillo wells if you're ever out this way!
    Edit: you literally said you're going to wrap it in blanket 2 seconds after I posted this 🤣🤣🤣

    Wow….from similar situations, I can tell you that you’re doing awsome ……great work, impressed with your diligence and can-do attitude and outcomes….surprised you stayed with the Dana 30, never seen it survived those sized tires or situations, it must totally like you…..thanks for taking the time to make the videos, I appreciate it….keep having fun….

    The old T&J upper shock mount used a threaded bolt, with something similar to what you made. I’ve also seen braces welded over to the coil spring mount on the unibody. Wondering if the shock mounts are surviving or not? Also you probably know that limit straps can stretch over time.

    Do you know what your wheelbase is? I'm just curious because I'm setting up my cherokee and I've been doing lots of measurements to see where everything can go and stuff and I want to see if my wheelbase is similar to yours.

    How do you work on the suspension without cutting the welds on your limit straps?

      Yep. Literally didn’t even think about it until you’re saying that now. Whoops. I’m going to have to redesign that … hahahaha. I was in such a rush

    So, which did the bypasses hit during KOH week: caliper on the compression tubes, tire on the reservoir, body on the "frame" or all 3? :)

    The tool for those ball joints to tighten them suck and why do you hafta run jeep jk ball joints the only thing I haven t done was wj knuckles and thinking about doing it but just put xj teraflex ball joints in

      WJ knuckle swap needs WJ or JK ball joints, they’re the same.
