Drug addiction is killing America.

No they are enabling her….if she won’t help herself walk away and stop providing for her
@AreaCode757 who said they were providing for her? They said that she sometimes comes by and sleeps for 3 days straight. My guess is in the hope that once she wakes, she will choose detox and then treatment. They said nothing about giving her money. And it's rather evident to me that they aren't giving hey money because she appears to be in hard core withdrawal symptoms. A junkie will do anything to avoid withdrawal and still, the parents didn't give her money to avoid it. You must not be a parent because it's clear you don't understand the devastation and abject heartbreak this type of things brings.

I'm a physician for over 20 years (my second career). This is why I never ever considered psychiatry as a profession. Maybe it's my own inadequacy or incompetence or fear: but I can't deal with people who are completely divorced from reality (my bachelor degree is in physics, the study of reality). My respect to my psychiatrist colleagues, especially Dr Xiu Lowe, the best psychiatrist I've ever had the privilege to work with.
You see, the thing is, to people with these disorders that's their reality. And it's as real to them as the physics you study. Everything we sense we process it through the brain. If that mechanism gets disrupted, anything can become a reality.

WOW, to Emmanuel Rocha & Richard Park...I agree with both of you and how you feel about this event or the consequences of a human being with very low "Brain Reserve".
Indeed is very difficult to deal with a person that has alcohol or drug dependency... Their reality is so true for them even we can reason it or understand.
From 2010 - 2018 I had the privilege to work as an interpreter (with the Court System) in a State Hospital (Mental Health / Baker Act)....I only went 2 days each month (Court Calendar) and learned so much about the human brain in a physical & spiritual. aspect. I was very glad I din"t choose to be a psychiatrist...it is very difficult to understand since each person has unique build up and "Brain Reserve levels" depend on many different factors.
You send 20 healthy guys from the Army to go overseas,...they engage in many different experiences as to battles, combat and more and 17 of them will cope with traumatic events but 3 of them will not... These is considering No Drugs, No alcohol...
Brain reserve develops while a human being is in the mother's womb until 4 years of age...and as we know not everybody has the. Blessing to have parents that pay attention to this or factors that will help to build a strong BRAIN RESERVE" which will be needed at later years to cope with tragic events and recover from it....
At a quantum level our human Brain has more connections then all the galaxies and constellations out in space 😅
That is a lot of wires in such small space (half of our head).
There is No IT qualified to d-tangle all those wires if they are not working properly or affected by chemical sustains.
There are smart, very intelligent people with high IQ but their BRAIN RESERVE isn't enough to handle all those wires.
You have other skills that psychiatists probably envy! Each person has their own gifts and only they can fill the God ordained spot they are suited for.
This is precisely why I say NO to drugs.

It's horrible because you have to turn your back on someone you love but if you don't they will kill you in some form or fashion. Mental institutions need to be reopened to handle the number of people who suffer from disruptive mental illness..
I’m not sure why our society thinks that it’s more cruel to put someone in an institution where they can receive treatment (whether they want it or not) than it is to have them slowly killing themselves on the streets, potentially causing harm to others.
I agree because, it's like they're walking around everywhere without getting help, some of them are worse because they are on drugs, I know not to laugh or make fun of them because a lot of people in this country have severe mental illnesses.
Mental institutions were closed when big pharma came out with all their majik pills to cure Depression, Scizo, Bipolar, Personality Dis. Folks need long term inpatient care to get regulated on these meds if they're even diagnosed with the right thing in first place. The ones with PTSD & Anxiety need a good 3 months of daily talk therapy besides meds. And, if they get most of it right you still need patient compliance to take the meds. If none of this criteria is met folks will self medicate with drugs or alcohol or end up in prison or taking their life like my son did. It's disgusting that we allowed big pharm to wrap up their pills in pretty little packages & declare the problems solved as they closed the doors to every safe mental institution in this country. In the mean time our government lets in close to ten million aliens providing food, shelter, education...on & on while American parents watch their children drop like flies.
@@PSP92262it’s Reagan’s conservative politics that closed the mental institutions so he could give tax breaks to his rich cronies.

My daughter is addicted to meth. I have seen this exact scene play out many times. I was physically attacked several times, and hesitated to defend myself because I’m a retired police officer, and felt any physicality on my part would end with me being arrested. The last time I saw her, I woke up to several police cars outside my home at about 4 am. I rushed downstairs and as I approached the front door it was kicked open and 4 officers came running in. They looked as shocked as I must have looked. One officer said “Bev, are you ok?” (They had been there so many times we were on a first name basis.) I’m like, “yeah I’m fine. What’s going on?” In the middle of a psychotic break, brought on by her meth addiction, my daughter had ran to a neighbor’s and asked them to call 911 because I had just shot myself in the head. The officer told me he was sure my daughter had just murdered me. That was the final straw for me. She was arrested on a couple of warrants, and I went to court to get a psyche hold on her. She was there 96 hrs, and I had gotten an Order of Protection by then, so she wasn’t coming back to the house again. I haven’t seen or heard from her in almost 3 yrs.

I was thinking the same thing, but then I realized she’s not in Florida (at least for the alligator). And she was in a lake, so no sharks there either.
Lol love how everyone assumes it's Florida
😢 I've seen this girl Chloe in 2 other videos on other channels. In 1 she gets caught shoplifting from a store and tries running into traffic to avoid arrest, and in the other she steals some lady's cigarettes right in front of her on her own porch, police get called and they find her and of course resists arrest. But in all of them, she has that same "meth psychosis" energy.
Because it's probably not the drugs. It's her personality to scream for whatever she wants.
I think this is the 5th video of this female i have seen she looks older every time
I’ve seen her in multiple videos. She needs to be in a facility somewhere
I knew that “scream” sounded familiar!
I hope she can get some help and treatment. There are too many videos where there is an update that states the person has died from overdose.
The irony of her telling her mum to be quiet.
That is the third time I have seen Chloe on here. Sad
I feel so bad for the poor dad
He raised her.
@@FabioZanfir facts
His the problem his enabling her if he really cared about her he would setup boundaries. Instead of giving her a place to sleep after smoking meth all week.
@@FabioZanfir Doesn't mean he did anything wrong. I've seen the best parents have horrible kids because of drugs and who they hang out with.
Why? He's at 50% blame for this.
Thank you so much for tuning down the screaming for us ❤
I can't imagine everyone's frustrations in this scenario. Those cops are amazing for their exercise of patients.
Perfect example of a failed human
Those poor parents. My daughter's neighbor was in this situation, large schizophrenic , self medicated, violent son. She couldn't afford a private facility. The police were called many times but they told the mom that he had to be arrested four times before getting him into a public mental facility. He FINALLY did get help.
This is not Chloe's first appearance. You may recognize her from the time she was stopped walking down the road and she went nuclear on those officers
Meth: not even once
That poor man. Take her back to jail. The neighbors don’t deserve this…
God bless all of you on here in recovery,or in the process. It's so not easy, its a journey. Stay on the mend. Much Respect 💜
“BE QUIET” Dumbledore said calmly
Hate hearing the cops suck up to her .
@surfrescue3232 Right. This is what I'm still having a hard time believing 😮
This comment is so much more funnier than people have realised 😂👍
What a sad life.
More so for everyone around them.
Drug testing should be MANDATORY in cases like this.
"Chloe" is now my new code word for someone who is disturbing the peace.
This is the 3rd or 4th time I've seen Chloe on a body cam video. She needs help. So much help. I feel for the family, been there.
Oh dear. So hard for the family. So dim for Chloe.
She has to want that help in order for any positive change to stick. No one can put in the work required but Chloe herself. She does not want to change. She doesn't want to put in any work. She does not think she has a problem. It's horrible to say but things are going to end very badly for Chloe if she does not wise up and make better choices.
Chloe needs to be put into long term drug rehab. It's downright cruel when the system just keeps releasing these drug addicts to more often than not commit more crimes or over dose.
You cant help someone who doesn't want help
I know California is moving towards involuntary, locked-facility drug treatment with amendments to legislation dating all the way back to the ‘60s. However, there seems to be more evidence that forced treatment is ineffective rather than effective, but I suppose time will tell to see where this legislation leads to.
My belief is we need a “Last chance America” bill. This would be a spending bill that says “we will pay for your rehab starting today, if you don’t take it, in the future you will be imprisoned, end of story. Then we need to secure the border to stop fentanyl.
@@carlpitlick5104 It would get them off the streets at least. It's not all about rehab but protecting the community.
@@carlpitlick5104 72 here & what I've learned is that you have to turn your back to them at some point! Forced rehab doesn't work out for most addicts/alcoholics. They have to make that decision themselves. Doesn't mean you can't love them!♥
I would never let a kid of mine on drugs come near my house. Too dangerous.
I managed a women's trauma-specific co-occuring (SUD+MH) residential program in Burnsville MN. I wonder if Chloe wouldn't find some relief there. If Chloe's parents see this, please look into it for her. Residential and long, long, long term outpatient with sober housing.
Why are they NOT taking her to a hospital and putting her on a 3-day Psych watch?
It's easier not to do anything just waste time!
How many times have they done this?
She needs helluva lot more time than 3 days. That's why they relapse--much too short of time in treatment.
They're waiting until she injures someone. They will then arrest her and put her in the instituion called jail.
Depending on where they are, there’s only so many beds for Psychological holds. They may not have a space for her anywhere.
I had a very bad drug problem a little over 25 years ago. I was in my 20's. It kills me to watch this. I was a normal, fun loving, funny, shy guy, that was loved by a lot of people. I was this girl after a year of using hardcore drugs. They say, "jails, mental institutions, and death" await people who don't stop. I was chained to a hospital bed almost demon possessed looking. THANK GOD, I got help and I am still that fun loving guy again but just a lot more gray hair. =). I hope she got help,
Praise the Lord you got help and have been clean for over 25 years 😇
@@AnasthassiaMurillo GOD IS GOOD. NEVER FORGET THAT.
@@drewintampa thank you!
Congratulations cuz getting sober is very hard! People don’t understand but all I can say is don’t ever turn to drugs!
We're glad your back Drew
Oh my, I was a alcoholic and drug addict. I have been set free by the power of God almighty 22 years ago I watch this and all I can do is pray for her.
Say a prayer. For this girl chloe I am going to
Drugs are a terrible thing, mmmkay? Sorry, I get it, having had a bonus daughter OD and an addict late wife who actually kicked the opioid use after many years of trying, it’s a sad state of affairs that we’re in such that those of us with legit pain-related issues are told to take Motrin and rest
What's a bonus daughter?
Don't you just love "pain management". But then you're told, "Sorry. That's all the Rx meds you can have for the month." "Ok, what about the next 2 weeks?! Nothing?!?!"
I would probably end up like this girl if I lived in usa. The price I would need to pay for my meds would be nearly 10k per month lol.
How did she quit opiates successfully?
Re Bonus Daughter - a more positive name for a stepdaughter.
When the POLICE know you by your FIRST NAME.....
Dad told them
@@DaleDix after watching the entire video and I can't believe I did. I Now understand why they know her name. Probably know her shoe size, the name of her first grade school teacher. A daily nuisance.
@Mr.Robert1 it was via telepathy. But cool suffering watching the video again.
If she is acting like that, she is a danger to herself and everyone around her. She needs to be locked up.
Being told to calm down is a guarantee that a person will not calm down.
Sad to say, but at one point in the future, her leaving this world will be a sigh of relief to her family.
and the guilt that goes with it. They probably will feel no peace even though they sent her to rehab several times and tried to help her.
Mental illness combined with addiction is a helluva thing... 😳 😔
