ROSS (Rapid Ozone Sleeve Sanitizer) is the world’s first prosthetic liner sanitizer appliance for clinical and home use. The device was designed in co-operation with amputees and prosthetists from around the world. It uses ozone in a patented sequence to ensure it is effective, easy to use and quiet. It is compatible with all three types of prosthetic liners and sleeves (gel, silicone, and urethane).
The machine has two settings for a quick wash as well as a deep clean. The cycles take 10 and 20 minutes respectively. ROSS requires no refills to function. It creates ozone from an electric process and distributes the ‘sanitizing gas’ to the micro-tears in the prosthetic liners and sleeves where water and soap cannot penetrate. Thereafter the ozone denatures leaving the liner sanitized and smelling fresh and new!
