I like when you call out your commands “e to extrude” and so on It helps me to understand the flow without having to watch screen cast, also helps to remember the command names.

Arrgg, how do the door trick!?xD
I tab into object mode, I select the cutout object, then shift select the object I'm cutting out of, then when I hit "Shift -" it just zooms in, or "Shift + Ctrl + Num -" as it says on his screen does nothing... idk what I'm missing:[

Small tip: you can duplicate using Alt + D in order to create a linked duplicate which automatically links object data and materials, so you can easily tweak one tower later instead of 4.

Instead of subdividing again (open search menu type subdivide) to reopen the subdivide menu, you can just click F9 to reopen last menu operation, this also works for other menus eg. bevel. As always E to extrude, R to rotate, S to scale, and I to inset. Also would love to see what camera, lens, and other equipment you're using, pc specs, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc...

Love your channel man. I'm really really looking forward to following your tutorial for the little racing game as I have been wanting to make a game similar to that for quite some time. A better way to get the line across instead of subdividing the two lines on the top of the castle is to use the knife tool and use control to snap to the center of the line.

Something I find very useful is the Quick Favorites feature. Just right click on the actions you perform a lot and select "Add to Quick Favorites". Then press 'Q' to access the menu and all your actions are there :). The menu is different for each window (so 3D viewport is different to the UV Editor). Hope this helps!

It's also crazy to think that you had no kids (or only one) when you started this channel. The channel grew just like your family, that's so sweet :)
