My husband bought a '76 Cutlass in 1980, paid $2K for it, and still drives it regularly today.

Ive been daily driving a 1966 f250 for 4 years, and the only issues it gives me is when I run it out of gas.

I have to admit I'm always thinking about if, when, or where I might break down each time I get behind the wheel of my 86 Iroc. I don't daily drive it and I've got it mostly dialed in but I can't help but think about that all the time.

I get it, just have to enjoy it! Small trips to here and there then make longer trips. Enjoy it!

I own a 69' grand prix when. I bought it on May 17th, 2021. The motor is from a 73' gto. I drove it 2400 miles from may 17th till August 30th. Never had reliability problems other than that. It was burning oil. We pulled the motor had it rebuilt. I got it back in May of 22'. Then we got it installed & and i pulled out my neighbors garage on June 1st. & drove 4600 miles until October when I had an axle break. This year, I have done about only about 200 or 300 cause of a job change & being on the road. But I'm off the road now and back working at home so I've been doing some miles and I just got out the Trans Shop I mean if you do minor stuff if everything is Shifting right and running right then you should be good you may want to do a few minor upgrades and either replace parts or have them refurbished. And definitely do suspension stuff and replace it and 4 bushings go with the polyurethane. But you can do it I did it and I'm only 22.
