Everything except for the Pull Ups is easy for me.
The Pull Ups, I get a few reps in. Then when it gets to where I can only do individual reps...
    I do Jumping Pull Ups.

Doing murph with some F3 guys on Monday. They’ve been training with weighted vests, I’ll be the weightless guy. Still going to kick my butt. I’ll definitely to the 5,10,15 breakup like you mentioned. Good video, keep them coming!

Hey man, doing it is a win regardless! Set your own goals and crush em! Good luck! You’ll be just fine, and thank you for watching!

I’m a disabled Vet. My shoulders are shot. What else can I do to take the place of Pull-ups?

Either seated band pull downs or ring rows at a relatively doable angle

35 minutes average? For anyone watching this who is an average level athlete.... this is an insane world record time. Plan for an hour as a good base. See how you feel from there and then start cutting down the time until you get to what your limit may be. 35 minutes is world record time. Dont feel disappointed if you cant quite obtain that. Just attempting the Murph is inpressive. Finishing it is amazing. Achieving your own goals is the best!!

I feel like I answered this somewhere else…people should definitely scale the workout. It’s also an older video and I would agree with you now. Plan for an hour but scale if you want it to be done sooner 💪🏼🤙🏼

The Murph takes 35 to 45 minutes for normal people? Really?
Remember this please: In 2015 and the Murph Workout was part of the CrossFit Games. The best times were set in 2015 by Björgvin Karl Gudmundsson in the men's competition with an incredible time of 38:36 min and in the women competition by Samantha Briggs with 39:10 min.
And now normal people can break this record easily?

I mean I continue to see this year over year, so it’s not an unreasonable goal. Also, if it takes too long, it needs to be scaled anyway (less reps, shorter run, etc.) to maintain some level of intensity.
But I’ll level with you! I haven’t been training CrossFit for most of the year and decided to do it unpartitioned without a weight vest and it took me just under an hour. I probably should have scaled, but I already bought into what I was doing haha. Approach it with whatever mindset serves you best!

Stop with the idiotic intermissions every 5 seconds ffs. Not every statement has to ens with a gif

Thank you for your positive feedback! I’m always changing the way I compose my videos in search of what makes me happy. Sometimes the amount of work it takes to place things together doesn’t turn out as well and that’s okay. There’s always room for improvement! I’m sure you can agree with the multitude of videos you’ve produced over the years.

I can’t wait until society stops cutting in memes every 10 seconds. Spastic, no wonder everyone has ADHD

It’s an older video. I don’t do that anymore. Regardless, the video seems to still be helpful 🤷🏼‍♂️
