Funny, my 2007 2IS seems great with its 0-60 (sub5sec), but just decent 60 on. I wonder if they went with different gearing for better city mpg, cause 18mpg kinda sucks!? 🤔
Yea the mpg sucks so bad im not sure where they went wrong with that, but you said you get under 5 seconds for 0-60? Is it stock or do you have something done because that seems way lower than what they state and what ive seen
I used a timer, so not 100% accurate, but based on my research on lex forums & some good ol 1vs1s, the 2IS's are pretty decent on the 0-60s, anywhere from 4.6to5.6... 2007 actually got the 4.8 on one of the magazine tests, R&T, prob good conditions tho :) I have an 07 xpackage & yes, mine is stock :(

@@mez6256 The dude who created the video is admitting it's slow lol. 0-60 in the 6s and a quarter mile in the 14s is slow by modern standards. The tech is old school. No touch screen, no CarPlay, etc.

0-60 in mid 5s because of the long gearing
The old 2006 is350 do 0-60 in high 4s range
And 13s quarter mile
now swap the diff from the old is350 if you want to drag race it
If you drove one and liked it very much you would not care.
@@Imagineering100 I agree! One of my favorite cars I've ever owned was my '01 Integra GSR with 170hp and a hamster wheel's worth of torque. It was so fun to drive.

u gotta hit up 9mesh 😅
that would be about 5k minimum and more like 10k for a proper daily setup as well and cushion for trial and error.. If i had the funds and another car it would be a dope project but for that money I rather invest in something that already has a great platform for performance tbh

I recently just bought my 2021 is350 f sport w 14k miles for 35k. In New York
You can find 2014/2015s which is basically the same car for like 10-15k which are steals tbh

@@300meech you got a good deal mine was around 41k for a 2021 with around 19k miles, i seen better deals but wanted a RWD with the red interior and this combination was so hard to find for some reason. Most 350's for sale are the heavier AWD versions.
