Thanks for this. I really value "long play" vids and streams during crowdfunding campaings. Looks really slick game and I can't wait to have it on my own table.
8:30 The state does not need to pay tariffs to itself, so imported food would only cost her 10V each. 10:00 & 1:13:15 When the state "provides" to a class, it is placed in the State Benefits area, it doesn't go directly to that class. 12:55 Why does your Tax Multiplier start at 0 and increase at this point? The Tax Multiplier should start at 5, and it only changes when Policies 3, 4 or 5 change after votes. 55:50 Capitalists score 2 extra points for each space moved on their wealth track, not just 1. 58:20 and 59:15 you both need to adjust your populations for the new workers. 1:01:25 again, working class needs to adjust population.
10:10 EVENTS say PROVIDE, the FOOD goes to the STATE BENEFITS (all the action is a fail, read more the other com.) 12:20 Public services have a MAX. (production +4) at the moment(SetUp) there is 6 hearts, production generate 6 more TOTAL 12 is more than (production)6 +4 =10, sow total 10 at the public service hearts, and 2 are lost discarted ..... 16:46 the STATE is CHEATING, moving LEGITIMACY score, out of turn, and ILEGAL MOVE she dont devert the points on middle class ( the EVENT only provide points for give food to WORKING CLASS or CAPITALIST !!!! )AND (its not POINTS is a TOKEN) AND MORE AND MORE ANDMORE .... I HATE YT OF TABLETOP, ALL VIDEOS OF GAMEPLAY ARE TRASH FULL OF MISTAKES ...
I saw you guys increase the Tax Multiplier every time someone bought public services. Are those old rules? Because the Tax Multiplier shouldn't move like that. It's a static tracker that only reflects the combined taxes of policies 3-5. Aside from that, i loved the gameplay. I had never watched a playthrough this long before (took me a few days :p )
I think the state overpaid on very first action, as you bought from a player at 11 when the foreign trade was only 5 as you don't pay the 10 'tax' as you can't pay yourself
Great try at a playthrough, but (as people noticed) there were a couple rules errors. (No blame here... it's a tough game with a lot of fiddly rules with not always the best organization.) The biggest problem for me came at @59:27 when you expanded the fiscal policy (Policy 1) from an earlier vote. As soon as the public sector expands then the state needs to open up three new public companies and pay for them. It is at that point that the state could assign available workers to any new positions. Basically, the state should have started round two with a lot less money.
Thanks for the full player playthrough! Did you figure out why Larry was so far behind? Was there a misscoring somewhere? If not, was there something that they could have done, in retrospect, to have scored better (eg lowering sale prices)? Presumably there is little to no mechanism for catching up? This is looking like a pretty mean game!
Unfortunately, this is the biggest problem with filming a prototype play-through. Especially with a game this complex and this early in its development. The rules are different than the final product and watching years later looking for information on how to play renders these playthroughs fairly worthless for that purpose. . But they did the best they could with what they had.
While this game has an amazing concept, I can clearly say this will never hit my table. Maybe with 2h less playtime, but as it is I doubt many would want spend a weekend day playing this.
I likethe video BECOUSE the STATE dnt know the rules xD and is taking the most stiupid decision like on real world .... the worst play I have ever seen on a video of a tabletop game (and all have mistakes, becouse YT dnt read the rulebook properly) ... 7:50 OMG ... really, try carcasone or ticket to ride .. its more on your skill level; fisrt make and event at first action, bad idea; then you buy from player at 11, when you can buy from IMPORT for 5, very bad; then you give the food to middle Class that dont give you any point ........ ALL WRONG OMG ....

Lowkey you should do a full gameplay tutorial on this game!
@@ItsMe_G Then you should do your own playthrough of this game! Would love to get an accurate gameplay and tutorial of the game :3
Whoo hoo ! Thanks for this played my first two games this month!
whenever the state provides anything, because of an event, shouldn't those resources go to the State Benefit area?
Black guy given the lowest class hmm interesting
Amazing playthrough! Backed!

You should check your BGG upload for this video. You placed it under Hegemony which is a different game, not Hegemony: Lead Your Class to Victory.

Looking at how the Kickstarter is doing, many people do want to play this.
The table looks very messy, you need trays or similar for all the tokens, cubes and money etc to keep the area clean and tidy
